【摘要】：美國(guó)新一屆總統(tǒng)唐納德·特朗普已經(jīng)于2017年1月20日正式宣誓就職,美國(guó)從此進(jìn)入了特朗普時(shí)代。特朗普如何與其他南海聲索國(guó)如菲律賓、越南等及非聲索國(guó)如新加坡等進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略互動(dòng)對(duì)南海局勢(shì)影響頗大。在特朗普主政之后的未來(lái)四年之中,圍繞南海問(wèn)題,中美之間的關(guān)系是否會(huì)進(jìn)一步緊張,是否會(huì)爆發(fā)海上沖突,很大程度上取決于白宮新主人的對(duì)華態(tài)度。美國(guó)特朗普政府對(duì)"亞太再平衡"戰(zhàn)略的不屑以及越南、菲律賓在涉海問(wèn)題上的微調(diào)并不等于南海從此會(huì)風(fēng)平浪靜,未來(lái)的影響仍不可低估。未來(lái)幾年,非法仲裁案或會(huì)被美大加利用,美國(guó)被迫"單干"增大擦槍走火之風(fēng)險(xiǎn),美拉攏其他域外勢(shì)力介入南海的力度將空前增大。根據(jù)以上分析,中國(guó)應(yīng)主動(dòng)積極作為,在外交、經(jīng)貿(mào)、人文等諸多方面采取行之有效的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The new President of the United States, Donald Trump, was officially sworn in on January 20th 2017, and the United States has entered the Trump era. How Trump can compete with other South China Sea powers like the Philippines. Strategic interactions between Vietnam and other non-vocal nations such as Singapore have had a significant impact on the situation in the South China Sea, where tensions between China and the United States will rise over the next four years after Trump took office. Much depends on the new White House master's attitude to China. The Trump administration's disdain for the "Asia-Pacific rebalancing" strategy and Vietnam's. The Philippines' fine-tuning on sea-related issues does not mean that the South China Sea will be calm from now on, and the future impact should not be underestimated. In the coming years, illegal arbitration cases may be greatly exploited by the United States. The United States will be forced to "go it alone" to increase the risk of gun fire, and the United States will increase its efforts to engage other extraterritorial forces in the South China Sea.According to the above analysis, China should take the initiative to act actively in diplomacy, economy and trade. Humanities and many other aspects to take effective countermeasures.
