【摘要】：1956年7月埃及總理納賽爾為解決修建阿斯旺水壩費用,宣布將蘇伊士運河收歸國有,引起英法美等國的強烈不滿,英法決定使用武力迫使納賽爾放棄這一計劃,遂以保護運河安全為由,于10月31日對埃及展開了猛烈的軍事攻擊,這就是著名的蘇伊士運河危機,即第二次中東戰(zhàn)爭。自納賽爾發(fā)表將蘇伊士運河國有化聲明后,印蘇兩國對此十分關(guān)注,并予以積極支持;當(dāng)英法為控制蘇伊士運河而侵略埃及時,印蘇在各種場合對此侵略行徑予以強烈聲討,蘇聯(lián)甚至以核攻擊進行威懾。印蘇在1956年蘇伊士運河危機中的政策,其深層緣由皆是為本國的國家利益考量。對印度來說,主要是維護本國的政治利益和經(jīng)濟利益;對于蘇聯(lián)來說,支持納賽爾政府的要求,不僅可以擴大蘇聯(lián)在第三世界的影響,而且還可以以"蛙跳"動作實現(xiàn)沙俄和蘇聯(lián)史上從未有過的對中東和非洲的影響,從而達(dá)到戰(zhàn)略突圍的目的。在美英等眾多西方國家要求蘇伊士運河國際化并把持聯(lián)合國等極其不利于埃及的情況下,印蘇兩國對此問題的強硬態(tài)度無疑對保障埃及國家利益不受侵犯前提下妥善解決蘇伊士運河危機起到了至關(guān)重要的作用。
[Abstract]:in July 1956, that Egyptian prime minister, Al-Nasser, declared that the Suez Canal was to be brought to the state and to the strong resentment of the countries such as France and the United States, and the British act decided to use force to force Nassir to give up the plan, so as to protect the canal from being safe, A fierce military attack on Egypt was launched on 31 October, a well-known Suez Canal crisis, the second Middle East war. After the declaration of the Suez Canal by Al-Nasser, the two countries are concerned and actively supported, and when the British law invaded Egypt for the control of the Suez Canal, the Soviet Union strongly condemned the acts of aggression in various occasions, and the Soviet Union had even had a nuclear attack to deter. Ingusto's policy in the Suez Canal crisis in 1956, the deep reason of which is the national interest of the country. in that case of the Soviet Union, it is not only possible to expand the influence of the Soviet Union in the third world, But also can realize the influence of the Russian and the Soviet Union in the history of the Russian and the Soviet Union on the Middle East and Africa, so as to achieve the purpose of strategic breakthrough. in that case of a large numb of Western states, such as the U. S. and U. S., that have called for the internationalization of the Suez canal and to hold the United nations and so on, The hard-line attitude of the two countries on this issue will undoubtedly play a vital role in the proper settlement of the Suez Canal crisis on the premise that the interests of the Egyptian State are not violated.
