【摘要】：赫魯曉夫執(zhí)政時(shí)期發(fā)生了多起社會(huì)騷亂,新切爾卡斯克事件是規(guī)模最大的一次。1962年6月1日,蘇聯(lián)政府提高食品價(jià)格的消息引發(fā)新切爾卡斯克市工人大罷工。該事件不是官方定性的"流氓刑事犯罪分子組織的土匪行動(dòng)",而是"工人自發(fā)性請(qǐng)?jiān)高\(yùn)動(dòng)"。這一事件對(duì)蘇聯(lián)歷史影響巨大,它是蘇聯(lián)政府解決民生問(wèn)題的轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn),也促使國(guó)家加強(qiáng)了對(duì)社會(huì)的管理力度,還使民心發(fā)生了轉(zhuǎn)向。
[Abstract]:During Khrushchev's reign, there were social riots, the largest in New Chercask. On June 1, 1962, the Soviet government raised food prices and triggered a strike by workers in New Chercasque. The incident was not officially defined as "banditry by rogue criminal groups", but rather as a "spontaneous petition by workers." This event had a great impact on the history of the Soviet Union. It was a turning point for the Soviet government to solve the livelihood of the people.
