【摘要】：大英帝國(guó)在四百年間統(tǒng)治著約占全球1/4的疆域和人口,以及幾乎全部的海域。英國(guó)在崛起過程中有諸多因素發(fā)揮了作用,其中制度創(chuàng)新是推動(dòng)英國(guó)不斷向前的根本動(dòng)力。英國(guó)的制度創(chuàng)新主要包括法律制度、政治體制和金融制度的創(chuàng)新,其動(dòng)因主要有政治文化、思想觀念、宗教信仰三個(gè)方面。英國(guó)的制度創(chuàng)新對(duì)我們的有益啟示是:制度創(chuàng)新是社會(huì)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在動(dòng)力,制度創(chuàng)新孕育正確的戰(zhàn)略選擇,制度創(chuàng)新需要理念的引導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:For four hundred years the British Empire ruled about a quarter of the world's territory and population, and almost all of the sea. Britain has played a role in the process of rising, among which institutional innovation is the fundamental driving force to push Britain forward. The innovation of British system mainly includes the innovation of legal system, political system and financial system, and its motivation mainly includes three aspects: political culture, ideology and religious belief. The beneficial enlightenment of British institutional innovation is that institutional innovation is the internal motive force of social development, institutional innovation breeds correct strategic choice, and institutional innovation needs the guidance of ideas.
