【摘要】："日本學"是指日本開國以后歐美學者以翻譯與研讀日語經(jīng)典文獻為中心,對日本國家、社會與文化自覺開展的體系化、學科化研究。日本亞洲學會是英語世界最早完全專注于日本研究的學術團體,并且持續(xù)至今。它提供了一個機會,使日本以外的人們得以了解日本;它搭建了一個平臺,日本研究者可以借之交流研究成果、展開學術討論。日本亞洲學會在促進日本研究走向規(guī)范化和制度化方面居功甚偉,也有助于個體行為的自發(fā)研究職業(yè)化的近代學術研究轉變,并以其獨特的立場與志趣深深地介入并影響了相當一部分日本研究者的心態(tài)與治學方法,也影響了后世日本研究的廣度與深度。
[Abstract]:"Japanese study" refers to the systematic and disciplinary study of Japanese society and culture consciously carried out by European and American scholars after the founding of Japan, with the translation and study of Japanese classics as the center. The Asian Society of Japan is the first academic group in the English language world to focus entirely on Japanese studies, and continues to this day. It provides an opportunity for people outside Japan to learn about Japan; it provides a platform for Japanese researchers to exchange research results and engage in academic discussions. The Asian Society of Japan has made great contributions in promoting the standardization and institutionalization of Japanese research, and has also contributed to the transformation of modern academic research into the professionalization of spontaneous research on individual behavior. And with its unique stand and interest deeply involved in and influenced a considerable number of Japanese researchers' mentality and academic methods, but also affected the breadth and depth of later Japanese research.
