【摘要】：從20世紀(jì)20年代"田中奏折"被揭露出來的那一刻起,圍繞著它的爭論就一直沒有停止過。被歷史演進(jìn)驗(yàn)證了的"田中奏折",其文本的真?zhèn)沃疇巺s成了一樁歷史懸案。"田中奏折"的主人公田中義一,是一位"三朝元老",探究與田中有關(guān)的歷史事件,只關(guān)注他出任首相的昭和年間顯然是不全面的。通過對(duì)這一歷史人物的背景考察,基于對(duì)《田中義一相關(guān)文書》等文獻(xiàn)的收集、整理,重點(diǎn)考證"田中奏折"的核心內(nèi)容與《帝國國防方針》之間的相關(guān)性,可以得出這樣的結(jié)論:"田中奏折"的核心內(nèi)容與《帝國國防方針案》具有高度的一致性;所謂"田中奏折"的主人公田中義一,是制定《帝國國防方針》的提案人和《帝國國防方針案》撰稿人;《帝國國防方針》經(jīng)過大正、昭和年間三次修訂,是一個(gè)明確闡述了當(dāng)時(shí)日本的國家戰(zhàn)略與軍事戰(zhàn)略的綱領(lǐng)性文件。
[Abstract]:The debate over Tanaka has not stopped since it was revealed in the 1920s. The dispute over the authenticity of Tanaka's text proved by historical evolution has become a case of historical suspense. Tian Zhongyi, the protagonist of Tanaka Biography, is an "old man of the three dynasties." exploring the historical events related to Tanaka, it is obvious that it is not comprehensive to focus only on the Zhaohe years when he became prime minister. Through the background investigation of this historical figure, based on the collection and collation of the relevant documents such as "Tanaka Yiyi" and other documents, this paper focuses on the study of the correlation between the core contents of "Tanaka Biography" and the "Imperial National Defense Policy". We can draw such a conclusion that the core content of Tanaka's Biography is highly consistent with the "Imperial Defense Policy case"; the protagonist of the so-called "Tanaka Biography", Tanaka, Was the sponsor of the formulation of the "Imperial National Defense Policy" and a contributor to the "Imperial National Defense Policy case"; the "Imperial National Defense Policy" was revised three times during the three years of Dazheng and Showa. Is a clear elaboration of the national strategy and military strategy of Japan at that time programmatic document.
