當代新加坡中國大陸留學生研究? 摘要 :在全球化時代,留學潮是世界上最普遍 的國際人才流動現(xiàn)象之一。中 國自改革開放以來,出國留學成為一股時代的 潮流。早期中國人出國留學的 目的地主要是北美、澳新、日本以及歐洲等發(fā) 達地區(qū),而東南亞地區(qū)的中國 人留學潮出現(xiàn)相對較晚,主要發(fā)生在 20 世紀 90 年代以后。在中國大陸赴東 南亞國家的留學潮中,新加坡作為一個發(fā)達的 國際化國家,成為中國大陸留 學生主要流向國,曾占中國大陸向外派遣的 30 萬留學人員中的百分之三強。 新加坡中國大陸留學生問題在東南亞中國大陸 留學生問題中具有一定的典型 性,以新加坡中國大陸留學生為研究對象,對 全面理解和分析當代東南亞中 國留學生問題具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。與赴歐美 等發(fā)達國家留學的其他中國留 學生相比,赴新加坡留學的中國留學生在成分 構成、留學形式、留學目的等 方面具有自己的特點。因此,從移民的角度開 展對當代新加坡中國大陸留學 生問題的研究,對豐富中國海外留學 生問題的研究具有一定的理論意義。 關鍵詞: 新加坡中國大陸留學生 遷移 Research on the Mainland Chinese Students abroad Singaporein the Contemporary Era Abstract: The tide of studying abroad is becoming one of the most widespread phenomenons of transnational human resourses flowage.
