【摘要】：赫梯國王鐵列平及其頒布的敕令受到國內(nèi)學(xué)者們的普遍重視,然而,關(guān)注的核心僅限于王位繼承法,他在位期間建立起來的對內(nèi)統(tǒng)治的其他政策和對外交往模式以及其他諸如文獻(xiàn)編撰等諸多方面的歷史功績顯然被忽略了。實(shí)則,鐵列平在對內(nèi)統(tǒng)治方面的貢獻(xiàn)絕不限于王位繼承法的頒布和實(shí)施,諸如內(nèi)部行政管理甚至文獻(xiàn)編撰格式等方面的建樹同樣具有重要的歷史意義;另一方面,他很可能開辟了赫梯國家對外統(tǒng)治的新模式以及國家發(fā)展與強(qiáng)大的新戰(zhàn)略,避免了赫梯國家的過早夭亡。所以,有必要全面認(rèn)識和重新評價鐵列平國王及這個時期赫梯文明史的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:King Tailipin and his royal decrees received widespread attention from domestic scholars. However, the focus of attention was confined to the law of succession to the throne. The other policies and modes of foreign relations established during his reign, as well as other historical achievements such as the compilation of documents, were obviously ignored. In fact, Tailiping's contribution to internal rule is not limited to the promulgation and implementation of the law of succession to the throne, and the achievements made in areas such as internal administration and even the compilation of documents are equally of historical significance; on the other hand, He probably pioneered a new pattern of external rule and a new strategy of national development and strength, avoiding the premature death of the Hittite state. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively understand and re-evaluate the development of King Tailiping and the history of Heti civilization in this period.
