【摘要】：日本與德意締結(jié)軍事同盟一事,牽涉國際局勢變動,同時也影響中國爭取國際援助。以往有關(guān)蔣介石與國民政府因應(yīng)德意日三國同盟的研究成果,多是探討三國同盟締結(jié)之后的因應(yīng)與決策,忽略了這些決策系奠基于國民政府對于三國同盟交涉期間的觀察。國民政府在三國同盟醞釀至簽訂期間,亟關(guān)注此事發(fā)展,由原以為是防共協(xié)議的延伸,仍以蘇聯(lián)為對象,到包括英美,這種對象改變所造成的國際局勢變動自不可同日而語。故對國民政府而言,三國同盟的重點不僅在于日本選擇與德意結(jié)合,更重要的是代表日本決定南進,直接與英美為敵,如此必然直接影響太平洋局勢的劇變。在認清此關(guān)鍵后,蔣介石與徐永昌均認為三國締結(jié)同盟后不必急于表態(tài)加入英美集團,與軸心集團為敵,首要之務(wù)在促使日本南進,迫使美國真正重視亞洲戰(zhàn)場。
[Abstract]:The conclusion of a military alliance between Japan and Germany involves changes in the international situation and also affects China's efforts to obtain international assistance. Previous studies on Jiang Jieshi and the National Government in response to the alliance between Germany, Italy and Japan. Most of them are based on the observation during the negotiation period of the three countries' alliance, and the national government is in the gestation period of the three countries' alliance to sign. We are very concerned about the development of this issue, from the Soviet Union, which was supposed to be an extension of the anti-communist agreement, to the United States and the United States. The changes in the international situation caused by this kind of change in this kind of object are no match for the national government. The focus of the three alliances is not only on Japan's choice to combine Germany with Italy, but also on behalf of Japan's decision to advance southward and directly oppose Britain and the United States.This will certainly directly affect the dramatic changes in the Pacific situation. Jiang Jieshi and Xu Yongchang agreed that the three countries should not rush to join the Anglo-American group after their alliance and become enemies of the Axis Group. The first and foremost task is to push Japan southward and force the United States to pay real attention to the Asian battlefield.
