【摘要】：自日本決定接受《波茨坦宣言》之時起,戰(zhàn)爭責任認知問題就成為戰(zhàn)后初期日本社會各界所面臨的重要課題。作為大眾傳播媒介,日本報界對戰(zhàn)爭責任的認知卻呈現(xiàn)出或顧左右而言他,或避重就輕、扭曲異化的樣態(tài)。日本報界先以"國體護持"為幌子,對戰(zhàn)爭責任采取淡化、漠視的態(tài)度,試圖以此消除與日本戰(zhàn)爭責任相關(guān)的輿論。其后,隨著戰(zhàn)后民主化改革政策的實施,日本報界開始對戰(zhàn)爭責任進行反思,實施了一系列改革行動,對戰(zhàn)時形成的具有鮮明特點的戰(zhàn)時體制進行了改革和重構(gòu)。但是,日本報界一直堅持"一億總懺悔"的宣傳基調(diào),企圖模糊戰(zhàn)爭責任主體,扭曲戰(zhàn)爭責任追究的內(nèi)涵,并始終以"受害者"作為日本的身份定位。由此可見,戰(zhàn)后初期日本報界對戰(zhàn)爭責任的認知,是日本戰(zhàn)時體制思維的延續(xù)。
[Abstract]:Since Japan decided to accept the Potsdam Declaration, the cognition of war responsibility has become an important issue in Japanese society in the early postwar period. However, the Japanese press's cognition of the responsibility of war presents or cares to the left and the right, or avoids the important and the light, distorts the dissimilation, the Japanese newspaper takes the "national defense" as the cover first, takes the desalination to the war responsibility, ignores the attitude. Then, with the implementation of the post-war democratization reform policy, the Japanese press began to reflect on the responsibility of the war, and carried out a series of reform actions. The wartime system with distinctive characteristics has been reformed and reconstructed. However, the Japanese press has always insisted on the propaganda tone of "100 million General confession" and attempted to obscure the main body of war responsibility. It can be seen that the cognition of Japan's war responsibility in the early postwar period is a continuation of Japan's wartime institutional thinking.
