【摘要】：麻風(fēng)病是一種古老的惡性傳染病,曾在世界范圍內(nèi)肆虐,長(zhǎng)期被視為"不治之癥"。在近代中國(guó)的兩廣地區(qū)患者眾多。出于對(duì)患者的恐懼和排斥,民眾和政府對(duì)其坐視不救,甚至采取了屠殺手段。這些患者的悲慘遭遇,引起了在華外國(guó)傳教士的關(guān)注。1912年,來(lái)自比利時(shí)的孔如古司鐸創(chuàng)辦了石龍麻風(fēng)院,在對(duì)患者療身和療心的同時(shí),還組織患者從事生產(chǎn)勞動(dòng)。該院的各個(gè)社區(qū)在民主選舉的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了民主管理、民主決策、民主監(jiān)督和社區(qū)自治,過(guò)著男耕女織、自給自足的生活。石龍麻風(fēng)院具有收容、慈善、治療、隔離、勞動(dòng)、養(yǎng)老與醫(yī)療傳教等多重功能,成為近代中國(guó)麻風(fēng)院的楷模。
[Abstract]:Leprosy is an infectious disease of old, has been rampant in the world, has long been regarded as "incurable". In modern Chinese the Guangdong and Guangxi. Many patients out of the patient's fear and exclusion, the people and the government to take even the easiest means. The patients in the massacre caused misery foreign missionaries in China about.1912 years, the Belgian priest Rugu hole founded the Shilong leprosy Institute, on the patient body and heart treatment at the same time, also organized labor. Patients engaged in the production of various communities of the hospital on the basis of democratic elections, the democratic management, democratic decision-making, democratic supervision and community autonomous, lived a self-sufficient life. Men tilling the farm and women weaving, Shilong hospital with leprosy asylum, charity, treatment, isolation, labor, multiple functions of pension and medical mission, become a model of modern China leprosy.
