【摘要】：美國自"二戰(zhàn)"結(jié)束之后,專門成立了"國家安全局"作為"窺伺"他國、維護自身利益的安全機構(gòu)。但是"國家安全局"有時并不能充分履行其職責(zé),從而給美國的國家安全造成了隱患。其中,"普韋布洛"號事件即是如此。作為前往"敵國"搜集情報的船艦,"國家安全局"沒有安裝能夠在突發(fā)情況下快速銷毀資料的"安全"設(shè)備,遂造成大量機密資料被"敵國"繳獲,普韋布洛"號事件發(fā)生后,美國社會仍然未能充分認(rèn)識到在此次事件中"國家安全局"所應(yīng)當(dāng)承擔(dān)的責(zé)任,而是一味地苛責(zé)海軍部門。對于自身密碼的過分自信,也造成了"國家安全局"未能及時意識到其中所隱藏的巨大安全漏洞,進一步增加了國家不安全因素。
[Abstract]:The United States since the end of World War II, set up a "National Security Bureau" as the "love" of his country, the security mechanism to safeguard their own interests. But the "National Security Bureau" and sometimes can not fully perform their duties, resulting in the hidden danger to the security of the United States. Among them, the "F Webb Lo" incident is the case as to "the enemy" intelligence gathering ship, "National Security Bureau" is not installed to emergency rapid destruction of data security equipment, and caused a lot of confidential information is captured, "the enemy" F Webb Lo "after the incident, the United States still failed to fully understand the society in the event of national security" the bureau should bear the responsibility, but blindly blame the Department of the Navy. Overconfidence for their own password, also caused the "National Security Bureau" failed to realize the huge security vulnerabilities hidden in the further increase of the country Home insecurity.
