本文關(guān)鍵詞：文化維度視角下中西方家庭觀差異研究—對(duì)“家庭三部曲”的個(gè)案研究，由筆耕文化傳播整理發(fā)布。

【摘要】：自上世紀(jì)以來(lái),全球化已經(jīng)成為整個(gè)世界發(fā)展的基本趨勢(shì)。隨著全球化的日益推進(jìn),跨文化交際變得越來(lái)越習(xí)以為常。但是當(dāng)交際的雙方來(lái)自不同的文化背景時(shí),誤解就經(jīng)常發(fā)生。如果不恰當(dāng)?shù)奶幚磉@些誤解,就有可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致沖突甚至是戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)。因此,在進(jìn)行跨文化交際之前對(duì)彼此文化和風(fēng)俗的了解就變得十分有必要。想要更好地了解對(duì)方的文化,就要從其日常生活中去發(fā)現(xiàn)彼此之間的文化差異。家庭是社會(huì)組織中最基本的社會(huì)單位,這使得家庭觀在跨文化交際中的地位和重要性得以凸顯。吉爾特·霍夫斯泰德不僅是管理方面的專家,同時(shí)也是跨文化交際方面有名的學(xué)者。他是為數(shù)不多的首先將文化差異因素引入到管理方面的人力資源專家。同時(shí),在跨文化領(lǐng)域,霍夫斯泰德也因?yàn)樗奈幕S度理論而著名。吉爾特·霍夫斯泰德在上世紀(jì)60年代初次提出文化維度理論。他的文化維度理論包含五個(gè)方面的維度,分別是：個(gè)人主義／集體主義,權(quán)力距離,不確定性規(guī)避,男性化與女性化維度以及長(zhǎng)期導(dǎo)向與短期導(dǎo)向�；舴蛩固┑潞退奈幕S度理論不僅對(duì)于管理學(xué)做出了突出貢獻(xiàn),同時(shí)對(duì)跨文化交際也有著開(kāi)創(chuàng)性的意義。因?yàn)槲幕S度理論給人們提供了一種新的方法描述和解釋文化差異。本文旨在于通過(guò)對(duì)李安的“家庭三部曲”進(jìn)行個(gè)案研究,從文化維度的視角對(duì)于中西方的家庭觀差異進(jìn)行探究與分析。借此希望本文能夠?yàn)榉治鲋形鞣郊彝ビ^差異開(kāi)辟出新的路徑并且能夠促進(jìn)中西方跨文化交際的成功。
