【摘要】：以農(nóng)民工的居住空間、社會交往和主觀地位認(rèn)知作為理論變量測量農(nóng)民工身份認(rèn)同和心理層面融入城市情況,建立二元logistic回歸模型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)民工的居住地類型、居住空間模式和居住空間的階層化特征,農(nóng)民工的社會交往階層化、社會歧視水平、社會交往意愿和"內(nèi)卷化",農(nóng)民工的主觀地位認(rèn)知程度、階層認(rèn)知的相對剝奪感均對農(nóng)民工的身份認(rèn)同和城市心理融入產(chǎn)生影響。要求我們經(jīng)由住房社會政策和社區(qū)支持性服務(wù)避免農(nóng)民工的居住空間分化、隔離和邊緣化所帶來的階層化問題,避免公共住房建設(shè)帶來的貧困的集中和身份認(rèn)同內(nèi)卷化;幫助農(nóng)民工建立和完善社會支持系統(tǒng),避免人際交往"內(nèi)卷化",提高其人際交往水平和人際適應(yīng)能力;消除農(nóng)民工主觀地位認(rèn)知階層化過程中的社會區(qū)分、污名化和歧視知覺,避免農(nóng)民工的主觀地位認(rèn)同帶來的內(nèi)群體地位認(rèn)同的階層化和群體地位感的降低對其城市融入和市民化產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響。
[Abstract]:Taking the living space, social communication and subjective status cognition of migrant workers as theoretical variables to measure the identity and psychological integration of migrant workers into the city, a binary logistic regression model is established. It is found that the type of residence of migrant workers, the pattern of living space and the hierarchical characteristics of living space, the stratification of social communication, the level of social discrimination, the willingness to social communication and "introversion", the cognitive degree of subjective status of migrant workers and the relative deprivation of class cognition all have an impact on the identity and urban psychological integration of migrant workers. Through housing social policy and community support service, we are required to avoid the hierarchical problems caused by the differentiation of living space, isolation and marginalization of migrant workers, to avoid the concentration of poverty and identity entwined by the construction of public housing, to help migrant workers establish and improve the social support system, to avoid the "introversion" of interpersonal communication, and to improve their interpersonal communication level and interpersonal adaptability. To eliminate the social distinction, stigmatization and discrimination perception in the process of cognitive stratification of migrant workers' subjective status, and to avoid the stratification of inner group status identity and the decrease of group position sense brought about by migrant workers' subjective status identity have a negative impact on their urban integration and citizenization.
