【摘要】：立足于哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實狀況,從系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的視角出發(fā),根據(jù)集合效應(yīng)、整體性、最優(yōu)化、互動性、全過程動態(tài)管理等觀點,可構(gòu)建"4+1"式的"立體式大社科"管理體系。這個管理體系融"大社科"和"立體式"于一體,由4個子系統(tǒng)及1個配套系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成,是理論與實際工作相結(jié)合的管理體系。其中,目標(biāo)子系統(tǒng)是導(dǎo)向,結(jié)構(gòu)子系統(tǒng)是核心,支撐子系統(tǒng)是關(guān)鍵,基礎(chǔ)子系統(tǒng)是動力,配套系統(tǒng)是一個有效的流程。在"立體式大社科"管理體系的運行保障上,需要積極探索和有效運用規(guī)律,使制度更加成熟更加定型,并完善工作保障。
[Abstract]:Based on the reality of the development of philosophy and social sciences, from the perspective of system science, according to the collective effect, integrity, optimization, interaction, dynamic management of the whole process, and so on, Can construct "4 1" style "three-dimensional social science" management system. This management system integrates "big social science" and "three-dimensional". It is composed of four subsystems and one supporting system. It is a management system which combines theoretical and practical work. Among them, the target subsystem is the guide, the structure subsystem is the core, the support subsystem is the key, the basic subsystem is the power, and the supporting system is an effective process. In the operation guarantee of the management system of "three-dimensional social science", it is necessary to actively explore and effectively apply the law to make the system more mature and stereotyped, and to perfect the work security.
