【摘要】：隨著青少年暴力比例的逐年上升,反應(yīng)出社會、學(xué)校、家庭對青少年教育的缺陷和失誤,同時也給社會帶來了嚴(yán)重挑戰(zhàn)。預(yù)防和解決青少年暴力行為已經(jīng)成為急需處理的社會問題。青少年時期是生命最活躍的時期,此時的青少年情感強烈、好奇心強、極易沖動。但由于缺乏社會實踐經(jīng)驗,使他們的認(rèn)識往往處于感性階段,易感情用事從而導(dǎo)致暴力行為的發(fā)生。家庭是人生的第一課堂,父母是子女的第一位老師,家長的言行舉止對青少年的成長起著潛移默化的作用。在這一關(guān)鍵時期,家庭教育的正確引導(dǎo)顯得尤為關(guān)鍵。我們都知道,家庭是構(gòu)成社會的基本細胞,是青少年成長的主要環(huán)境。青少年時時刻刻都在不知不覺中受到家庭環(huán)境感染和家庭教育的影響。家庭環(huán)境,包括家庭的經(jīng)濟狀況、社會地位、父母及其他家庭成員的思想品德、文化水平、教育程度、相互關(guān)系等等。事實證明,家庭環(huán)境的優(yōu)劣、家庭教育的好壞對孩子的品行起著至關(guān)重要的作用。青少年暴力作為一種典型的青少年問題,這不僅影響了青少年的身心發(fā)展,又對社會和生活帶來了潛在的不安定因素,如何減少、預(yù)防青少年暴力行為帶來的危害,已經(jīng)是刻不容緩的事,筆者通過大量調(diào)查研究深切地感受到青少年暴力行為的潛在危害性。少年智則國智,少年強則國強,青少年的暴力行為存在著一定的危隱因子,小到家庭,大到社會,甚至整個國家的未來興衰。對于青少年來說,正處在青春期這個特殊的轉(zhuǎn)變時期,他們應(yīng)對和解決問題的方法還不太成熟,遇到問題往往采用較為偏激的方法。青少年暴力的形成存在很多復(fù)雜的原因,其中家庭對青少年的影響是非常大的,有些是因為家庭教育不當(dāng)導(dǎo)致的;有些是因為親子沖突導(dǎo)致的,因此,調(diào)查青少年暴力形成的家庭根源并從家庭方面入手治療也是一條可行道路。本文結(jié)合其他學(xué)者以有的研究,主要運用家庭治療和認(rèn)知治療兩種方式相結(jié)合的方法以及專業(yè)技巧嘗試在個案中進行應(yīng)用,在對案主的問題和家庭情況有了一個深入了解后對案主進行輔導(dǎo)矯治。從青少年所在的家庭、學(xué)校和人際方面等問題入手,從家庭進行介入,整合社會資源,為青少年提供一個良好的家庭氛圍和環(huán)境,讓青少年在穩(wěn)定的環(huán)境下成長,注重自我的心理改變和成長,提升案主與家人和朋友之間的關(guān)系和相處技巧,有效減少暴力行為。希望本文對有暴力行為青少年的社會工作介入有一定的參考和借鑒意義,幫助更多的青少年減少暴力行為,促進其身心健康的良好發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the increase of the proportion of youth violence year by year, it reflects the defects and mistakes of society, school and family in youth education, and also brings serious challenges to the society. Preventing and solving juvenile violence has become an urgent social problem to be dealt with. Adolescence is the most active period of life, when teenagers have strong emotion, curiosity and impulse. However, due to the lack of social practical experience, their understanding is often in the perceptual stage, which leads to violence. Family is the first classroom of life, parents are the first teachers of their children, parents' words and deeds play a subtle role in the growth of teenagers. In this critical period, the correct guidance of family education is particularly critical. We all know that the family is the basic cell of society and the main environment for teenagers to grow up. Teenagers are unwittingly affected by family environment infection and family education all the time. Family environment, including family economic status, social status, parents and other family members of the ideological and moral character, educational level, interrelationship and so on. Facts have proved that the quality of family environment and family education play an important role in children's conduct. As a typical youth problem, juvenile violence not only affects the physical and mental development of adolescents, but also brings potential unstable factors to society and life, and how to reduce and prevent the harm caused by juvenile violence. It is urgent for the author to feel the potential harm of juvenile violence through a large number of investigations and studies. Juvenile intelligence is national intelligence, youth is strong and national strength is strong. There are some hidden factors in the violence of teenagers, such as family, society, and even the future rise and fall of the whole country. For teenagers, they are in a special period of transition in adolescence. The methods to deal with and solve problems are not very mature, and the more extreme methods are often used when they encounter problems. There are many complex reasons for the formation of juvenile violence, among which the family has a great influence on adolescents, some of which are caused by improper family education. Some of them are caused by parent-child conflicts, so it is also a feasible way to investigate the family causes of juvenile violence and to treat them from the family point of view. This paper combines other scholars with some studies, mainly using the combination of family therapy and cognitive therapy, as well as professional skills to try to apply in individual cases. After an in-depth understanding of the subject's problems and family situation, the victim is guided and corrected. Starting with the family, school and interpersonal problems of young people, from the family intervention, the integration of social resources, to provide young people with a good family atmosphere and environment, so that young people can grow up in a stable environment. Pay attention to self-psychological change and growth, improve the relationship and get along skills between the subject and family and friends, and effectively reduce violence. It is hoped that this paper will have certain reference and reference significance for the social work intervention of teenagers with violent behavior, so as to help more teenagers reduce violence and promote the good development of their physical and mental health.
