【摘要】：人文社科的繁榮發(fā)展有助于解決經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重大理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。人文社科創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)是人文社科研究的重要組織形式,但目前我國(guó)對(duì)人文社科創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的支持和關(guān)注較少,對(duì)其群體特征及其屬性缺乏深入探討。選取國(guó)家自然基金委創(chuàng)新研究群體和教育部創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的人文社科團(tuán)隊(duì)為樣本群,采用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量分析,考察團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)人及所在單位的基本情況,試圖揭示我國(guó)人文社科創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的群體特征、運(yùn)行規(guī)律及存在問題。
[Abstract]:The prosperity and development of the humanities and social sciences can help to solve the major theoretical and practical problems of economic and social development. The innovation team of the humanities and social sciences is an important organization form of the study of the humanities and social sciences. However, the support and attention of the innovation team of the humanities and social science department are less, and the group's characteristics and their attributes are not discussed in further detail. In order to reveal the group characteristics of the innovative team of the humanities and social sciences in our country, the team of the team of the National Natural Fund Innovation Research Group and the Innovation Team of the Ministry of Education is selected as the sample group, and the literature measurement and analysis are adopted to investigate the basic situation of the team leader and the unit to which the team belongs, and try to reveal the group characteristics of the innovative team of the humanities and social science department in China And the running law and the existing problems are solved.
