【摘要】：在韋伯所歸納的三種權(quán)威支配,即法理、傳統(tǒng)與卡里斯瑪之外,有必要特別提及富有儀式性競爭意味的權(quán)威支配類型,它最初是由人類學(xué)家在對"大人物"以及"夸富宴"社會形態(tài)的研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)的。這種韋伯權(quán)威類型概念之外的第四種權(quán)威類型,或者說這種基于競爭的民間權(quán)威類型,將會成為我們重新思考一種社會公共性秩序可能得以構(gòu)建的一個新的出發(fā)點。這種權(quán)威基于一種否定的邏輯,并使社會不僅有序,而且可以持續(xù)存在。
[Abstract]:In addition to Weber's induction of three types of authority domination, namely, jurisprudence, tradition and Karisma, it is necessary to mention in particular the type of authority domination which is characterized by ceremonial competition. It was first discovered by anthropologists in the study of the social form of "Big Man" and "Quaofu Banquet". Besides the concept of Weber's type of authority, the fourth type of authority, or this type of folk authority based on competition, will be a new starting point for us to rethink the possibility of constructing a social public order. This authority is based on a logic of negation and enables society to exist not only in an orderly manner, but also in a sustainable manner.
