社會(huì)公正對(duì)權(quán)威合法性的影響:社會(huì)階層的調(diào)節(jié)作用

【摘要】:社會(huì)層面中的權(quán)威合法性研究是國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者和管理實(shí)踐者近來(lái)關(guān)注的重要問(wèn)題。而社會(huì)公正的兩個(gè)維度——分配公正和程序公正對(duì)權(quán)威合法性的交互作用的結(jié)果并不一致。本研究基于解釋水平理論,提出社會(huì)階層能調(diào)節(jié)分配公正和程序公正對(duì)權(quán)威合法性感知的交互作用,并通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究和情境啟動(dòng)兩種方法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)低階層者來(lái)說(shuō),無(wú)論是否程序公正,分配公正能顯著提高個(gè)體的權(quán)威合法性感知;在分配公正和多得不公條件下,程序公正顯著降低權(quán)威合法性感知。對(duì)高階層者來(lái)說(shuō),分配公正能顯著提高程序公正時(shí)的權(quán)威合法性感知;程序公正能顯著提高分配公正時(shí)的權(quán)威合法性感知。研究結(jié)果啟示社會(huì)管理者在推行依法治國(guó)時(shí)應(yīng)針對(duì)不同階層民眾的思維方式采取管理策略。
[Abstract]:The study of authority legitimacy in the social level is an important issue that scholars and management practitioners at home and abroad pay close attention to recently. The two dimensions of social justice, distributive justice and procedural justice, have different effects on the legitimacy of authority. Based on the level of interpretation theory, this study proposes that social strata can regulate the interaction between distributive justice and procedural justice on the perception of authority legitimacy, which is verified by two methods: laboratory research and situational priming. The results show that for low-level people, whether procedural justice or not, distributive justice can significantly improve the perception of authority legitimacy of individuals, and under the conditions of distributive justice and multiple injustices, procedural justice can significantly reduce the perception of authority legitimacy. For high-level people, distributive justice can significantly improve the perception of authority legitimacy in procedural justice, and procedural justice can significantly improve the perception of authority legitimacy in distributive justice. The results of this study suggest that social managers should adopt management strategies according to the thinking mode of different classes of people in carrying out the rule of law.
