積極的“延伸交往”對(duì)群體間態(tài)度的影響研究

【摘要】："延伸交往"從嶄新的維度豐富了群體間交往中"交往"這一核心概念的內(nèi)涵和外延。直接交往并非人們形成或強(qiáng)化對(duì)外群體態(tài)度的唯一途徑。通過"延伸交往"這種群體間交往的間接方式也能夠形成、強(qiáng)化對(duì)外群體的態(tài)度。本文對(duì)"延伸交往"研究的新議題和新動(dòng)向進(jìn)行考察,運(yùn)用減少焦慮/不確定性理論、意見氣候的概念、沉默螺旋理論剖析延伸交往如何影響人們的群體間態(tài)度,在多層面的社會(huì)語境中探討跨文化人際交往中延伸交往研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,為群體間交往的研究范式拓展出新的討論空間。
[Abstract]:"extended communication" enriches the connotation and extension of the core concept of "communication" in inter-group communication from a brand-new dimension. Direct communication is not the only way for people to form or strengthen attitudes towards foreign groups. Through "extended communication", the indirect way of communication between groups can also be formed to strengthen the attitude of foreign groups. This paper investigates the new issues and trends in the study of "extended communication", using the theory of reducing anxiety / uncertainty, the concept of opinion climate, and the theory of silence helix to analyze how extended communication affects people's attitudes among groups. This paper explores the practical significance of the study of extended communication in cross-cultural interpersonal communication in the multi-level social context, and opens up a new discussion space for the research paradigm of inter-group communication.
