【摘要】：學(xué)術(shù)制度和評價體系方面存在的問題嚴(yán)重制約了中國哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)事業(yè)的發(fā)展。應(yīng)按照科研自身的規(guī)律,在充分聽取專家學(xué)者意見的基礎(chǔ)上建立科學(xué)的學(xué)術(shù)評價體系,正確引導(dǎo)中國特色學(xué)術(shù)話語體系建設(shè)。構(gòu)建中國特色哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)話語體系,在理論思想方面應(yīng)處理好"實(shí)踐第一"原則與學(xué)術(shù)理論承繼的關(guān)系及中西學(xué)術(shù)會通互補(bǔ)問題,在文本載體方面應(yīng)把握本土概念的現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)換、西方概念的本土?xí)ā?草根"話語的吸收提煉三個途徑。學(xué)術(shù)期刊應(yīng)努力當(dāng)好中國特色學(xué)術(shù)話語體系建設(shè)的重要平臺,增強(qiáng)國際國內(nèi)影響力,傳播中國聲音,講好"中國故事"。
[Abstract]:The problems in academic system and evaluation system seriously restrict the development of philosophy and social science in China. According to the law of scientific research, the scientific academic evaluation system should be established on the basis of fully listening to the opinions of experts and scholars, and the construction of academic discourse system with Chinese characteristics should be correctly guided. To construct the discourse system of philosophy and social science with Chinese characteristics, we should deal with the relationship between the principle of "practice first" and the succession of academic theory and the complementarity between Chinese and western academic societies in the aspect of theory and thought. In the aspect of text carrier, we should grasp the modern transformation of native concept, the local connection of western concept, and the absorption and refinement of "grass root" discourse. Academic journals should strive to be an important platform for the construction of the academic discourse system with Chinese characteristics, enhance the international and domestic influence, spread the Chinese voice, and tell a good story of China.
