【摘要】：社會管理創(chuàng)新需要社會科學(xué)理論的有力支撐,社會科學(xué)普及是社會管理創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)在需求。然而原有社會管理體制的問題,在很大程度上折射出從官員到民眾社會科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的缺陷,成為社會管理創(chuàng)新的隱性障礙。在社會管理創(chuàng)新中社會科學(xué)普及的作用是:引領(lǐng)改革方向,促進觀念轉(zhuǎn)變;引導(dǎo)信息傳播,培育理性公民;搭建學(xué)習(xí)平臺,推動自我教育;依托社會組織,提升專業(yè)水平。
[Abstract]:Social management innovation needs the strong support of social science theory, social science popularization is the inherent demand of social management innovation. However, the problems of the original social management system, to a large extent, reflect the defects of the social science literacy from officials to the public, and become a hidden obstacle to the innovation of social management. The role of social science popularization in social management innovation is to lead the direction of reform and promote the change of ideas; to guide the dissemination of information and cultivate rational citizens; to build a learning platform to promote self-education; to rely on social organizations to enhance the professional level.
