【摘要】：在社會(huì)老齡化和城鎮(zhèn)居民遷居的時(shí)代語境下,廣場(chǎng)舞不僅僅是一個(gè)關(guān)注全民體質(zhì)健康的話題,更是一個(gè)聚焦民生,傳遞社會(huì)正能量,推動(dòng)社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展的問題。為了更好地開展全民健身活動(dòng),主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料法,以科賽的功能主義沖突理論為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)廣場(chǎng)舞現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行研究。認(rèn)為:廣場(chǎng)舞現(xiàn)象反映的是人民群眾對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文化的記憶和覺醒,以及對(duì)當(dāng)代生活的文化訴求。廣場(chǎng)舞興盛的根源是人口老齡化視角下,中老年群體對(duì)體質(zhì)健康的擔(dān)憂,對(duì)養(yǎng)老支持和公共醫(yī)療保障的吶喊。同時(shí),也是城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)和城市遷居背景下,中老年群體對(duì)構(gòu)建新鄰里關(guān)系的渴望。廣場(chǎng)舞引發(fā)的社會(huì)沖突,是為了讓我們更加關(guān)注城市公共空間的供給與規(guī)劃,更加關(guān)注民生健康需求、人權(quán)利益訴求以及公共道德的培育。并進(jìn)一步從政府公共治理、公民自治以及社會(huì)協(xié)同治理3個(gè)方面提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,為廣場(chǎng)舞現(xiàn)象的社會(huì)治理提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the context of aging society and urban residents moving, square dance is not only a topic of concern for the physical health of the whole people, but also a question of focusing on people's livelihood, transmitting positive social energy, and promoting the harmonious development of society. In order to better carry out the activities of national fitness, the phenomenon of square dance was studied based on Corsay's theory of functionalism conflict. It is believed that the phenomenon of square dance reflects the people's memory and awakening of traditional culture, as well as the cultural appeal to contemporary life. The root of square dance prosperity is the concern about physical health, the support for the aged and the public medical security in the view of aging population. At the same time, under the background of urbanization and urban migration, the middle-aged and elderly people are eager to build a new neighborhood relationship. The social conflict caused by square dance is to make us pay more attention to the supply and planning of urban public space, the needs of people's health, human rights interests and the cultivation of public morality. And further put forward the corresponding countermeasures from three aspects of government public governance, citizen autonomy and social coordination governance, and provide reference for the social governance of square dance phenomenon.
