【摘要】：低齡老人是一個龐大的社會群體,其職后生活千姿百態(tài)。從國家人力資源和職后低齡老人自身條件和需要出發(fā),建構適切的社會支持體系,既是實踐的需要,也有理論的價值。論綱從已有研究出發(fā),思考研究方法,建設理論體系,喚起研究熱情。
[Abstract]:Young people are a huge social group, and their life after service is varied. It is not only the need of practice but also the value of theory to construct an appropriate social support system from the point of view of national human resources and the conditions and needs of the young old people. The outline starts from the existing research, thinks the research method, constructs the theory system, arouses the research enthusiasm.
