【摘要】：殯葬從業(yè)人員一直以來是一個被邊緣化的群體,容易被社會和學(xué)術(shù)界忽視。隨著殯葬改革的不斷推行,殯葬從業(yè)人員這個職業(yè)逐漸進入大眾的視野,他們由于其特殊的工作場域與工作內(nèi)容,在工作和生活中易形成心理壓力與不良的情緒。心理調(diào)適是指人們在遇到心理壓力或心理困惑時,可以主動通過用心理科學(xué)的方法進行自我調(diào)整和放松,以達到消除心理障礙恢復(fù)正常狀態(tài)的過程。然而,殯葬從業(yè)人員由于面臨種種因素容易形成心理問題,但事實上,他們的心理調(diào)適能力不容樂觀。本研究以殯葬從業(yè)人員為研究對象,深入調(diào)查了殯葬從業(yè)人員的心理健康現(xiàn)狀以及心理調(diào)適問題,以期引入社會工作方法探討介入策略。本研究是筆者跟隨A省殯葬協(xié)會課題組①開展課題調(diào)查時,針對H市殯儀館殯葬從業(yè)人員開展的關(guān)于心理調(diào)適研究,了解運用具體實例關(guān)注一線殯葬從業(yè)人員的生活現(xiàn)狀,了解他們的在面對特殊的工作任務(wù)時,職業(yè)環(huán)境與大眾偏見等因素對其的心理狀況影響及心理調(diào)適現(xiàn)狀。通過半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談、座談、心理學(xué)量表與觀察法等形式對不同工作崗位的40名從業(yè)人員開展調(diào)查,并用文獻研究與數(shù)據(jù)分析方法結(jié)合社會學(xué)理論、社會工作視角進行分析。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明:1.殯葬從業(yè)人員的心理現(xiàn)狀主要為工作量大,心理壓抑;相親屢遭回絕,形成婚戀心理沖突;不主動握手已經(jīng)成習(xí)慣,容易遭到社會偏見，害怕在社交場合中出現(xiàn),孤獨感和自卑心理明顯;家庭關(guān)系緊張等。2.社會工作視角下殯葬從業(yè)人員心理問題主要為:工作心理壓力大、人際交往困難、價值認同感低、婚戀心理沖突、自我減壓和心理調(diào)適的意識薄弱與技巧缺乏。并通過社會工作理論視角從個體層面、工作層面與社會層面對其產(chǎn)生心理問題的原因進行分析。3.結(jié)合殯葬社會工作實踐理論探索出培養(yǎng)殯葬社會工作隊伍,設(shè)立殯葬社工崗位;運用社會工作三大方法作為介入路徑。4.提出了開展心理疏導(dǎo)工作;創(chuàng)造良好的工作環(huán)境;提升員工幸福感;開展"殯儀館開放日",消除社會偏見;多層面聯(lián)動改善心理健康水平、關(guān)注內(nèi)在心理環(huán)境與工作場域以及建立心理調(diào)適與心理危機防御機制的對策建議。殯葬活動是社會運行中不可或缺的一部分,殯葬行業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開殯葬從業(yè)人員的努力,因此關(guān)注殯葬從業(yè)者的心理健康問題至關(guān)重要。殯葬社會工作可以用其助人的優(yōu)勢介入到殯葬從業(yè)人員的心理調(diào)適方面,為殯葬從業(yè)人員的心理健康保駕護航。
[Abstract]:Funeral practitioners have always been a marginalized group, easily ignored by society and academia. With the continuous implementation of funeral reform, funeral practitioners have gradually entered the public's field of vision. Because of their special work field and work content, they tend to form psychological pressure and bad emotions in their work and life. Psychological adjustment means that when people encounter psychological pressure or psychological confusion, they can take the initiative to adjust and relax themselves by means of psychological science, in order to eliminate psychological obstacles and restore their normal state. However, funeral practitioners are prone to form psychological problems due to various factors, but in fact, their psychological adjustment ability is not optimistic. In this study, the funeral practitioners as the research object, in-depth investigation of funeral practitioners' mental health and psychological adjustment, in order to introduce social work to explore intervention strategies. This study is a research on psychological adjustment of funeral practitioners in the funeral parlour of H City, when the author followed the research group 1 of the A Provincial Funeral Association, to understand and apply concrete examples to pay attention to the current situation of the life of the first-line funeral practitioners. To understand the influence of professional environment and public prejudice on their psychological status and their psychological adjustment in the face of special work tasks. Through semi-structured interview, discussion, psychological scale and observation, we investigated 40 employees in different jobs, and used literature research and data analysis method combined with sociological theory, social work perspective to analyze. The results of the survey showed that 1: 1. The psychological status of funeral practitioners is mainly heavy workload and depression; blind dates are repeatedly rejected, forming psychological conflicts between marriage and love; not taking the initiative to shake hands has become a habit and is prone to social prejudice and fear of appearing in social situations. Loneliness and inferiority complex, family tension, etc. From the perspective of social work, the main psychological problems of funeral practitioners are: the psychological pressure of work, the difficulty of interpersonal communication, the low value identity, the psychological conflict of marriage and love, the weak consciousness of self-decompression and psychological adjustment and the lack of skills. And from the perspective of social work theory from the individual level, work level and social level to analyze the causes of psychological problems. Combining with the theory of funeral social work practice, this paper explores the cultivation of funeral social work team and the establishment of funeral social work posts, and uses three methods of social work as the intervention path. 4. It is proposed to carry out psychological counseling, create a good working environment, promote the well-being of employees, launch an "open day for funeral homes" to eliminate social prejudice, and improve the level of mental health through multi-level linkage. Pay attention to the inner psychological environment and work field, and establish the countermeasures and suggestions of psychological adjustment and psychological crisis prevention mechanism. Funeral activities are an indispensable part of social operation. The development of funeral industry is inseparable from the efforts of funeral practitioners, so it is very important to pay attention to the mental health of funeral practitioners. The social work of funeral and interment can use its advantage of helping people to intervene in the psychological adjustment of funeral practitioners, and protect the mental health of funeral practitioners.
