【摘要】：正領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者作為組織發(fā)展的掌舵者,言行直接影響整個組織的運轉(zhuǎn),尤其是自我所表現(xiàn)出的管理風(fēng)格更是左右組織群體凝聚力、向心力的首要因素。雖然自黨的十八大以來,中央與地方均狠抓干部作風(fēng)建設(shè),也取得了顯著成效,但在組織內(nèi)部依然不乏擺不正自我位置的"官老爺"。其在行事過程中表現(xiàn)出霸道態(tài)勢,極力排除異己,僅保留樂于聽話、善于聽話之流,這無形中加劇了組織中的"山頭主義"和"小團體"現(xiàn)象。可以說,對于職場霸道式管
[Abstract]:As the leaders at the helm of the development of the organization, words and deeds directly affect the operation of the whole organization, especially the management style shown by the self is the primary factor of the group cohesion and centripetal force of the organization. Although since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the central and local governments have paid close attention to the construction of cadres' style of work, and achieved remarkable results, there are still many "officials and masters" who are not in a proper position within the organization.
