【摘要】：當前我國農(nóng)民自組織發(fā)展的文化困境主要包括文化認知、文化認同、文化自覺和文化創(chuàng)新等四個方面。鄉(xiāng)村社會資本現(xiàn)代轉型是超越農(nóng)民自組織發(fā)展的文化困境路徑之一。一是鄉(xiāng)村社會資本現(xiàn)代轉型有利于超越農(nóng)民自組織文化概念認知和分類認知困境;二是鄉(xiāng)村社會資本現(xiàn)代轉型有利于農(nóng)民自組織文化客觀性普及和農(nóng)民自組織文化內化,從而實現(xiàn)農(nóng)民自組織文化認同;三是鄉(xiāng)村社會資本現(xiàn)代轉型有利于超越農(nóng)民自組織文化來源認識、文化形成路徑、文化本質認知和文化發(fā)展趨向定位等困境,從而實現(xiàn)農(nóng)民自組織文化自覺;四是鄉(xiāng)村社會資本現(xiàn)代轉型有利于超越農(nóng)民自組織文化創(chuàng)新的組織內部環(huán)境困境和外部環(huán)境困境,從而實現(xiàn)農(nóng)民自組織文化創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:At present, the cultural dilemma of farmers' self-organization development in China mainly includes four aspects: cultural cognition, cultural identity, cultural consciousness and cultural innovation. The modern transformation of rural social capital is one of the ways of surpassing farmers' self-organization development. One is that the modern transformation of rural social capital is conducive to surmounting the dilemma of farmers' self-organizing culture concept cognition and classification cognition, the other is that the rural social capital modern transformation is conducive to the popularization of farmers' self-organizing culture objectivity and the internalization of peasants' self-organized culture. The third is that the modern transformation of rural social capital is conducive to transcending the farmers' understanding of the origin of self-organized culture, the path of culture formation, the cognition of cultural essence and the orientation of cultural development. The fourth is that the modern transformation of rural social capital is conducive to transcending the farmers' self-organization cultural innovation of the internal and external environmental dilemma, so as to achieve farmers' self-organization cultural innovation.
