【摘要】：基于2014年中國(guó)家庭追蹤調(diào)查(CFPS)的數(shù)據(jù),本文在統(tǒng)一的框架下研究了關(guān)系對(duì)家庭創(chuàng)業(yè)選擇、創(chuàng)業(yè)金額及其創(chuàng)業(yè)回報(bào)的影響。實(shí)證發(fā)現(xiàn):關(guān)系的積累會(huì)促進(jìn)家庭更多地參與自主創(chuàng)業(yè),并且可以顯著提高創(chuàng)業(yè)參與的程度。分維度來(lái)看,親緣關(guān)系、社交關(guān)系對(duì)家庭是否從事自主創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)金額均有顯著的正向影響,而家庭創(chuàng)業(yè)行為中依托鄰里關(guān)系的作用機(jī)制并不成立。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),關(guān)系對(duì)農(nóng)村家庭創(chuàng)業(yè)行為的邊際影響更大,擁有更多關(guān)系的家庭,在創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程中所獲回報(bào)率也明顯更高。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of China Family tracking Survey (CFPS) in 2014, this paper studies the impact of relationship on family entrepreneurial choice, entrepreneurial value and entrepreneurial return under a unified framework. Empirical results show that the accumulation of relationships can promote families to participate in self-employment and can significantly increase the degree of entrepreneurial participation. In terms of dimension, kinship and social relationship have a significant positive effect on the family whether or not they are engaged in independent entrepreneurship, and the mechanism of relying on the neighborhood relationship in the family entrepreneurial behavior is not established. The study also found that relationships have a greater marginal impact on entrepreneurial behavior in rural households, and families with more relationships have significantly higher returns in the entrepreneurial process.
