對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古巴彥淖爾市烏拉特中旗蒙古族學(xué)校寄宿生小組工作的介入

【摘要】:在農(nóng)牧區(qū)實(shí)施“撤點(diǎn)并!笔菄艺{(diào)整教育事業(yè)的一次重大改革,然而在教育結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整過程中也顯現(xiàn)出了一些問題。本論文以內(nèi)蒙古巴彥淖爾市烏拉特中旗蒙古族學(xué)校作為研究對(duì)象,通過實(shí)地調(diào)查、結(jié)合訪談,對(duì)學(xué),F(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,針對(duì)寄宿生在生活、學(xué)業(yè)、心理、親子關(guān)系等方面所存在的問題,運(yùn)用小組工作方法進(jìn)行介入。本文由緒論、正文三章、結(jié)語、參考文獻(xiàn)、附錄等構(gòu)成。緒論部分,主要包括了研究背景、研究目的及意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究思路及研究方法。第一章,對(duì)巴彥淖爾市烏拉特中旗的地理環(huán)境、人口民族、經(jīng)濟(jì)生活及烏拉特中旗蒙古族學(xué)校基本情況、師資隊(duì)伍及管理人員情況、寄宿生基本情況進(jìn)行了概要介紹。第二章,通過運(yùn)用實(shí)地調(diào)查法、訪談法、小組工作法,對(duì)巴彥淖爾市烏拉特中旗蒙古族寄宿生在生活、學(xué)業(yè)、心理、親子關(guān)系等方面存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,將存在的問題歸納為寄宿生活單調(diào)、食堂伙食單一、安全意識(shí)薄弱;學(xué)習(xí)積極性不高、抄作業(yè)現(xiàn)象普遍、母語教學(xué)遇到困難;人際交往欠缺、存在孤獨(dú)心理、易染不良習(xí)氣;情感交流不足、親子關(guān)系疏離等。第三章,針對(duì)巴彥淖爾市烏拉特中旗蒙古族寄宿生所存在的問題,運(yùn)用小組工作方法進(jìn)行介入,共組織開展了七次小組活動(dòng)。針對(duì)問題的不同,每次小組活動(dòng)的主題各有側(cè)重點(diǎn),既;增強(qiáng)適應(yīng)新環(huán)境能力的新生適應(yīng)小組活動(dòng)、針對(duì)生活問題開展的豐富校園生活小組活動(dòng)和安全教育小組活動(dòng)、針對(duì)學(xué)業(yè)問題開展的學(xué)習(xí)發(fā)展小組活動(dòng)、針對(duì)心理問題開展的心理健康輔導(dǎo)小組活動(dòng)、針對(duì)親子問題開展的親情關(guān)懷小組活動(dòng)、回顧與小結(jié)小組活動(dòng)等。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)上述小組活動(dòng)的過程和效果進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。結(jié)語中,對(duì)論文內(nèi)容進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),通過對(duì)七次小組活動(dòng)的效果評(píng)估,筆者認(rèn)為社會(huì)工作介入寄宿生研究是切實(shí)可行的,且小組工作方法更適合介入寄宿生問題。
[Abstract]:It is an important reform for the country to carry out the "withdrawal of points and schools" in the agricultural and pastoral areas. However, some problems also appear in the course of the adjustment of the educational structure. This thesis takes the Mongolian school of Wuruzhong Banner in Bayan Nur, Inner Mongolia as the research object, through the field investigation, the combination of the interview, carries on the analysis to the school present situation, aiming at the boarding student in the life, the study, the psychology, The problem of parent-child relationship and so on, use group work method to intervene. This paper is composed of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, references and appendices. Introduction, including the research background, research purpose and significance, literature review, research ideas and research methods. In the first chapter, the geographical environment, population, economic life and the basic situation of Mongolian school, teachers and administrators, and boarding students are introduced briefly. The second chapter, by using field investigation, interview and group work, analyzes the problems of Mongolian boarding students in life, study, psychology, parent-child relationship and so on. The existing problems are summarized as monotonous boarding life, single dining hall, weak safety consciousness, low learning enthusiasm, common homework copying phenomenon, difficulties in mother tongue teaching, lack of interpersonal communication, loneliness and bad habits. Lack of emotional communication, separation of parent-child relationships, etc. In the third chapter, aiming at the existing problems of Mongolian boarding students in Wurat Middle Banner of Bayannur City, we use the group working method to intervene and organize seven group activities. According to the difference of the problem, the theme of each group activity has its own focus, that is, the new-born adaptation group activity to enhance the ability to adapt to the new environment, the rich campus life group activity and the safety education group activity to the life question, Learning group activities for academic problems, mental health counseling group activities for psychological problems, parental care group activities for parent-child problems, review and summary group activities, etc. On this basis, the process and effect of the above group activities are evaluated. In the conclusion, the author summarizes the contents of the paper, and through the evaluation of the effect of the seven group activities, the author thinks that the study of social work intervention in boarding students is feasible, and the group work method is more suitable for the intervention of boarding students.
