【摘要】：到目前為止,我國(guó)官方發(fā)布的是城鎮(zhèn)登記失業(yè)率。從明年起,我國(guó)將發(fā)布與國(guó)際接軌的調(diào)查失業(yè)率。國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局是通過(guò)抽樣調(diào)查,采取上門登記樣本調(diào)查小區(qū)居民就業(yè)信息而獲得全國(guó)失業(yè)率估計(jì)值的。本文以勞動(dòng)力所在工作單位或居民委員會(huì)為抽樣單位,使用行政記錄與統(tǒng)計(jì)調(diào)查相結(jié)合的就業(yè)狀況數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源,重新設(shè)計(jì)我國(guó)調(diào)查失業(yè)率估計(jì)抽樣方案。為了獲得較高的調(diào)查失業(yè)率估計(jì)精度,我們使用了PPS抽樣法,并進(jìn)行了模擬研究。
[Abstract]:So far, China's official release is the urban registered unemployment rate. From next year, China will release the survey unemployment rate in line with international standards. The National Bureau of Statistics obtained the estimate of the national unemployment rate by sampling survey and adopting the door-to-door registration sample to investigate the employment information of the residents in the residential areas. This paper takes the work unit or the residents' committee of the labor force as the sampling unit, and redesigns the sample scheme for estimating the unemployment rate in our country by using the source of employment data which combines the administrative records with the statistical survey. In order to obtain a high accuracy of estimating the unemployment rate, we use PPS sampling method and carry out a simulation study.
