家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位對青少年未來取向的影響:人格特質(zhì)的調(diào)節(jié)作用

【摘要】:未來取向的發(fā)展作為青少年重要的發(fā)展任務(wù)之一,對于青少年適應(yīng)社會角色變化、對自身的規(guī)劃和評估有重要的影響。受生態(tài)系統(tǒng)模型、發(fā)展情境論等思想的影響,發(fā)展背景在青少年未來取向發(fā)展中的作用得到了越來越多的重視,國外許多研究指出,家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位作為發(fā)展背景的重要因素之一在兒童青少年發(fā)展中具有十分重要的作用(PaulterLewko,1987, Nurmi,1991)。我國在改革開放以來,經(jīng)濟(jì)一直保持高速增長,但也出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的貧富不均,居民收入分配差距越來越大。本研究將考察在中國文化背景下家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位對青少年未來取向的影響。另外,已有研究表明家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位并不完全決定青少年的發(fā)展情況,個(gè)體或環(huán)境某些保護(hù)因子的作用會在其中產(chǎn)生影響(Huston&Bentley,2010;Matthews&Gallo,2011),因此,本研究選擇以大五人格特質(zhì)作為個(gè)體的一種保護(hù)因子,探討人格特質(zhì)在家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位與青少年未來取向之間的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。 本研究采用家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位問卷、大五人格問卷和未來取向問卷中文修訂版來對1915名青少年進(jìn)行了測量,以探討家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位、青少年未來取向之間的關(guān)系,以及大五人格特質(zhì)在其中的調(diào)節(jié)作用。所有測量均具有較好的信度。本研究的主要結(jié)論如下: (1)家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位可以正向預(yù)測青少年教育領(lǐng)域未來取向的探索、投入、積極預(yù)期和感受。 (2)家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位可以正向預(yù)測青少年職業(yè)領(lǐng)域未來取向的探索、投入、積極預(yù)期和感受。 (3)在教育領(lǐng)域,情緒性調(diào)節(jié)家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位和青少年教育探索及教育感受的關(guān)系,具體表現(xiàn)為家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位對情緒性低的青少年教育探索和教育感受的預(yù)測力更強(qiáng);外向性調(diào)節(jié)家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位和青少年教育積極預(yù)期的關(guān)系,具體表現(xiàn)為家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位對外向性低的青少年教育積極預(yù)期的預(yù)測力更強(qiáng)。 (4)在職業(yè)領(lǐng)域,情緒性調(diào)節(jié)家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位和青少年職業(yè)探索及職業(yè)感受的關(guān)系,,具體表現(xiàn)為家庭社會經(jīng)濟(jì)地位對情緒性低的青少年職業(yè)探索和職業(yè)感受的預(yù)測力更強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:The development of future orientation as one of the important development tasks of adolescents has an important impact on their own planning and evaluation as well as their adaptation to changes in social roles. Under the influence of ecosystem model and development context theory, more and more attention has been paid to the role of development background in the development of teenagers' future orientation. As one of the important factors of the development background, the social and economic status of the family plays a very important role in the development of children and adolescents. Since China's reform and opening up, the economy has maintained a rapid growth, but also appeared a serious inequality between the rich and poor, the income distribution gap between the residents is growing. This study will examine the impact of family socioeconomic status on the future orientation of adolescents under Chinese cultural background. In addition, studies have shown that the socioeconomic status of the family does not fully determine the development of adolescents, and that the role of individual or environmental protection factors may have an impact on the role of the individual and the Bentley 2010 Matthew & Galloon 2011, so, In this study, we chose Big five Personality traits as a protective factor to explore the regulatory effect of personality traits between family social and economic status and adolescents' future orientation. In this study, 1915 adolescents were measured by family socioeconomic status questionnaire, senior fifth personality questionnaire and future orientation questionnaire in Chinese, in order to explore the relationship between family socioeconomic status and adolescents' future orientation. And the regulating role of Big five personality traits in it. All measurements have good reliability. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) the social and economic status of the family can positively predict the exploration, investment, positive expectation and feeling of the future orientation in the field of youth education. 2) the social and economic status of the family can positively predict the exploration, investment, positive expectation and feeling of the future orientation of the youth occupation field. (3) in the field of education, the relationship between the emotional adjustment of the social and economic status of the family and the educational exploration and the educational feeling of the adolescents is manifested in the stronger predictive power of the family socio-economic status on the educational exploration and educational feelings of the young people with low emotional status. Extroversion regulates the relationship between the social and economic status of the family and the positive expectation of youth education, which is manifested in the stronger predictive power of the positive expectation of the education of the young people with low family social and economic status. 4) in the field of occupation, the relationship between the social and economic status of the family and the career exploration and feeling of adolescents is regulated by emotion, which shows that the social and economic status of the family can predict the career exploration and the occupation feeling of the young people with low emotion more strongly.
