【摘要】：同妻群體是我國由傳統(tǒng)社會向現(xiàn)代社會轉(zhuǎn)型的過程中,面對舊秩序與新道德的激烈交鋒應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的一個特殊群體。作為弱勢群體中的隱秘群體,社會輿論關(guān)于同妻群體的社會認(rèn)同十分重要,它作為一種社會評價,形塑了此群體生存的外部環(huán)境�；诖蟊娸浾摰穆窂教骄客奕后w生活境況的社會認(rèn)同,有助于喚起社會各界對同妻群體的了解與關(guān)注,吸引更多社會組織與團(tuán)體的支持和幫助,督促官方立法機(jī)構(gòu)完善法律來保障同妻的生存和婚姻權(quán)益,從而有助于同妻群體擺脫尷尬苦悶的生活困境。
[Abstract]:In the process of transition from the traditional society to the modern society, the same wife group emerged as a special group in the face of the fierce confrontation between the old order and the new morality. As the secret group in the vulnerable group, the social identity of the same wife group is very important. As a kind of social evaluation, it shapes the external environment for this group to survive. Based on the path of public opinion to explore the social identity of the living conditions of the same wife group, it is helpful to arouse the understanding and concern of the same wife group from all walks of life, attract more social organizations and groups to support and help. To urge the state legislature to improve laws to protect the survival and marital rights of the same wife, thus helping the same wife group to get rid of the awkward plight of life.
