【摘要】：利他行為和人際信任都是研究人的社會(huì)心理和行為范疇中的重要和熱點(diǎn)問題。在對(duì)影響利他行為的內(nèi)部及外部因素探討和研究過程中，很多學(xué)者都提出了人際信任對(duì)親社會(huì)行為具有影響作用，有些試圖通過各種研究設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)其進(jìn)行證實(shí)。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展、城市化進(jìn)程加劇，信任危機(jī)、人際冷漠及利他行為下降等問題日益突出。本研究從意識(shí)層次角度將利他行為分成內(nèi)隱和外顯兩個(gè)方面，探討其與人際信任的相互關(guān)聯(lián)，期望豐富該領(lǐng)域的理論范疇，為大學(xué)生利他行為發(fā)展等方面的問題提供啟示和實(shí)證依據(jù)。 研究采用內(nèi)隱聯(lián)想測(cè)驗(yàn)——圖片材料、同伴評(píng)定及人際信任量表調(diào)查法對(duì)內(nèi)隱利他、外顯利他和人際信任三方面進(jìn)行測(cè)量。結(jié)果表明，內(nèi)隱利他效應(yīng)顯著，，內(nèi)隱利他和外顯利他相關(guān)不顯著，說明內(nèi)隱利他存在，內(nèi)隱利他同外顯利他兩者相分離，分別具有獨(dú)立的結(jié)構(gòu)。與前人研究結(jié)果對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)內(nèi)隱聯(lián)想測(cè)驗(yàn)——圖片材料具有較為理想的效果，比內(nèi)隱聯(lián)想測(cè)驗(yàn)——詞匯材料分離出更大的IAT效應(yīng)值。人際信任的高低對(duì)內(nèi)隱利他差異不顯著，人際信任同內(nèi)隱利他不相關(guān)。人際信任的高低對(duì)外顯利他差異顯著，高人際水平的人比低人際水平的人表現(xiàn)出更多的外顯利他行為。人際信任與外顯利他相關(guān)，人際信任對(duì)外顯利他具有預(yù)測(cè)作用。
[Abstract]:Altruistic behavior and interpersonal trust are important and hot issues in the study of social psychology and behavior. In the process of discussing and researching the internal and external factors affecting altruistic behavior, many scholars have proposed that interpersonal trust has an effect on pro-social behavior, and some try to prove it through various research designs. With the rapid development of economy, urbanization, trust crisis, interpersonal apathy and altruistic behavior decline. In this study, altruistic behavior is divided into implicit and explicit aspects from the perspective of consciousness, and the relationship between altruistic behavior and interpersonal trust is discussed, which is expected to enrich the theoretical category in this field. To provide enlightenment and empirical evidence for the development of altruistic behavior of college students. Implicit association test, peer assessment and interpersonal trust scale were used to measure implicit altruism, explicit altruism and interpersonal trust. The results showed that the implicit altruism effect was significant, but the correlation between implicit altruism and explicit altruism was not significant, which indicated that implicit altruism existed, and that implicit altruism separated from explicit altruism and had independent structures. Comparing with the previous studies, it is found that the implicit association test, the image material, has a better effect, and the IAT effect value is larger than that of the implicit association test and the lexical material. There is no significant difference between interpersonal trust and implicit altruism, but there is no correlation between interpersonal trust and implicit altruism. The level of interpersonal trust is significantly different from others, and people with high interpersonal level show more explicit altruistic behavior than those with low interpersonal level. Interpersonal trust is related to explicit altruism.
