【摘要】：社會建構(gòu)論往往把社會實在看成是語言的建構(gòu)。塞爾對社會實在的論述以言語行為的游戲性操作為基礎。他前后兩個時期的社會建構(gòu)論的基本思想是連貫的,新近的理論更加明確地主張制度事實的創(chuàng)造是一種地位功能的宣告,進而認為社會文明的結(jié)構(gòu)是通過宣告式語言的邏輯操作建構(gòu)起來的。過于依賴言語行為,以及徹底的生物學自然主義和方法論的個體主義,使塞爾的社會哲學遮蔽了語言操作背后的超語言行動,忽視了制度事實所蘊含的集體性因素。從集體主義出發(fā),不依靠言語行為,制度事實則呈現(xiàn)出另一種特征�？偟膩碚f,基于自然主義的社會哲學缺乏對制度事實的雙重性特征以及人與社會辯證關(guān)系的深刻把握。
[Abstract]:Social constructivism often regards social reality as the construction of language. Searle's discourse on social reality is based on the playful manipulation of speech acts. The basic ideas of his social constructivism in the two periods before and after him are consistent, and recent theories more clearly claim that the creation of institutional facts is a declaration of status and function. The structure of social civilization is constructed by the logic operation of declarative language. Too much reliance on speech acts and thorough biological naturalism and methodological individualism make Searle's social philosophy obscure the super-linguistic actions behind language operations and ignore the collective factors contained in the institutional facts. Proceeding from collectivism and not relying on speech acts, institutional facts show another characteristic. In general, the naturalistic social philosophy lacks a deep grasp of the dual characteristics of institutional facts and the dialectical relationship between man and society.
