【摘要】：農(nóng)民工問題是我國主要社會問題之一,它是由計劃經(jīng)濟向市場經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)變、社會結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生重大變化而產(chǎn)生的一個新的社會群體,而解決這一問題的最有效方法就是讓農(nóng)民工盡快融入到城市之中。城市融入既是一個結(jié)果也是一個過程,它是指城市農(nóng)民工在經(jīng)濟、生活、文化以及心理等方面不斷提高和變化以適應城市生活環(huán)境,并在在經(jīng)濟、社會生活、制度、文化心理等幾個層面逐漸融入城市的一個過程。城市融入過程中的經(jīng)濟、制度、社會交往和文化心理層面融入的先后快慢構(gòu)成了農(nóng)民工融入城市的路徑。 本文通過一系列指標對西安市農(nóng)民工的城市融入度進行了分層,一方面對西安市農(nóng)民工整體融入狀況進行了描述,找出阻礙農(nóng)民工融入城市的因素；另一方面本文對不同融入層次的農(nóng)民工的特點進行了階梯式的分析,將西安市農(nóng)民工城市融入路徑展示出來。此外,本文還對西安市農(nóng)民工融入城市過程中的困境進行了探索。同時根據(jù)這些阻礙農(nóng)民工融入城市的因素提出了相應的對策,以期能夠更好地指導農(nóng)民工融入城市。 本文共分為七章。 第一章導論,主要是交代本文寫作的緣由,包括問題的提出,研究對象的狀況以及研究的意義。同時還對文章中的主要概念進行了描述和解釋,為后面的分析做好準備。 第二章是研究綜述部分,主要是對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)農(nóng)民工城市融入的相關(guān)理論、研究現(xiàn)狀和成果的整理和歸納,為后面的分析打下理論基礎。 第三章,主要是說明本文使用的研究方法。包括數(shù)據(jù)來源、抽樣方法、統(tǒng)計方法以及分析工具。同時還對農(nóng)民工城市融入標準體系做了詳細說明,并介紹了這一指標體系的計算方法。 第四章是對西安市農(nóng)民工融入城市現(xiàn)狀的分析。主要是對農(nóng)民工城市融入標準體系的各項指標進行描述性分析,從經(jīng)濟、制度、社會關(guān)系以及文化心理四個層面,對西安市農(nóng)民工城市融入狀況進行了全面的展示。 第五章,主要是對西安市農(nóng)民工城市融入狀況的分層研究。依據(jù)農(nóng)民工城市融入指標體系,本文根據(jù)不同城市融入度將西安市農(nóng)民工分為了四個層次。在經(jīng)濟、制度、社會關(guān)系以及文化心理四個方面進行比較研究。 第六章,依據(jù)融入度的高低,將西安市農(nóng)民工分為“尚未脫離農(nóng)村的農(nóng)民工”、“初步融入城市的農(nóng)民工”、“融入度較高的農(nóng)民工”以及“基本融入城市的準市民”。通過對農(nóng)民工城市融入的階梯式分析,展示了西安市農(nóng)民工城市融入的路徑。同時,本章還對西安市農(nóng)民工城市融入的困境也進行了分析。 第七章,根據(jù)前文所得出的結(jié)論以及農(nóng)民工城市融入的困境,提出了相關(guān)建議與對策,以期更好的指導農(nóng)民工融入城市,解決農(nóng)民工問題。
[Abstract]:The problem of migrant workers is one of the main social problems in our country. It is a new social group resulting from the transition from planned economy to market economy and major changes in social structure. The most effective way to solve this problem is to let migrant workers integrate into the city as soon as possible. Urban integration is both a result and a process. It refers to the continuous improvement and change of urban migrant workers in economy, life, culture and psychology in order to adapt to the urban living environment, and in the economic, social life, system, etc. Cultural psychology and other levels of gradual integration into the city a process. The economy, system, social communication and cultural psychology in the process of urban integration constitute the path of migrant workers' integration into the city. Through a series of indicators, this paper delaminate the degree of urban integration of migrant workers in Xi'an, on the one hand, describes the overall integration of migrant workers in Xi'an, and finds out the factors that hinder the integration of migrant workers into the city; On the other hand, this paper analyzes the characteristics of migrant workers at different levels of integration, and shows the path of integration of migrant workers in Xi'an city. In addition, this paper explores the plight of migrant workers in Xi'an city. At the same time, according to these factors that hinder migrant workers to integrate into the city, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward, in order to better guide migrant workers to integrate into the city. This paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is an introduction to explain the reasons for the writing of this paper, including the question raised, the status of the research object and the significance of the study. At the same time, the main concepts in the article are described and explained to prepare for the following analysis. The second chapter is a summary part of the research, mainly on the relevant theories of migrant workers' urban integration, research status and results of the collation and induction, lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis. The third chapter mainly explains the research methods used in this paper. Includes data sources, sampling methods, statistical methods and analytical tools. At the same time, the standard system of migrant workers' city integration is explained in detail, and the calculation method of this index system is introduced. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the integration of migrant workers into the city. This paper mainly describes the indicators of the standard system of the integration of migrant workers into the city, from the economic, institutional, social relations and cultural psychology four levels, the integration of migrant workers in Xi'an city was comprehensively demonstrated. The fifth chapter is the stratification research on the integration of migrant workers in Xi'an city. According to the index system of urban integration of migrant workers, this paper divides migrant workers into four levels according to different degree of urban integration. In the economy, system, social relations and cultural psychology four aspects of comparative research. In the sixth chapter, according to the degree of integration, the migrant workers in Xi'an city are divided into "migrant workers who have not left the countryside", "migrant workers who have initially integrated into the city", "migrant workers with higher degree of integration" and "the quasi-citizens who basically integrate into the city". Through the step-by-step analysis of migrant workers' urban integration, this paper shows the path of migrant workers' city integration in Xi'an. At the same time, this chapter also analyzes the plight of the integration of migrant workers in Xi'an city. The seventh chapter, according to the previous conclusions and the plight of migrant workers into the city, put forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasures, in order to better guide migrant workers to integrate into the city, solve the problem of migrant workers.
