【摘要】：新疆特殊的自然地理環(huán)境,尤其是其獨(dú)特的綠洲生態(tài)系統(tǒng)對(duì)新疆城市的影響顯著。綠洲和綠洲城市成為新疆城市區(qū)別于中國(guó)其他區(qū)域城市的一個(gè)十分重要的特點(diǎn)。農(nóng)牧業(yè)時(shí)代新疆綠洲城市的特點(diǎn)主要表現(xiàn)為兩個(gè)方面,一是綠洲城市與綠洲具有一致性特點(diǎn)——不平衡性、分散性和封閉性;二是新疆綠洲城市數(shù)量少、規(guī)模小,長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展緩慢。進(jìn)入工業(yè)時(shí)代,新疆綠洲城市的發(fā)展出現(xiàn)新的特點(diǎn),一是城市數(shù)量增多,城市規(guī)模擴(kuò)大,初步形成綠洲城市區(qū)域體系;二是綠洲城市從封閉走向開(kāi)放;三是經(jīng)濟(jì)城市從單一功能向綜合性多功能發(fā)展,城市功能不斷強(qiáng)化;四是綠洲城市出現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的新趨勢(shì)。在國(guó)家實(shí)施"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的背景下,新疆綠洲城市迎來(lái)了新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。
[Abstract]:The special geographical environment of Xinjiang, especially its unique oasis ecosystem, has a significant impact on Xinjiang cities. Oasis and oasis city become a very important characteristic of Xinjiang city which is different from other regional cities in China. The characteristics of oasis cities in Xinjiang during the agricultural and animal husbandry times are mainly manifested in two aspects: one is that the oasis cities and oases have the characteristics of uniformity, disequilibrium, dispersion and closure, the other is that the number of oasis cities in Xinjiang is small and the scale of oasis cities in Xinjiang is small. Development has been slow for a long time. In the industrial age, the development of oasis cities in Xinjiang has new characteristics, one is the increase of the number of cities and the expansion of urban scale, and the other is the initial formation of the regional system of oasis cities, the second is the development of oasis cities from closed to open; Third, the economic city develops from a single function to a comprehensive multi-function, and the urban function is constantly strengthened, and the fourth is a new trend of sustainable development in the oasis city. Under the background of the implementation of "Belt and Road" strategy, the oasis city in Xinjiang has ushered in a new development opportunity.
