工傷康復(fù)者角色正面轉(zhuǎn)變的小組互動(dòng)模式探討

【摘要】:目前,我國工傷事故和職業(yè)病的發(fā)生率不斷攀升、嚴(yán)峻程度不斷加重,因工傷而致殘、致貧的人群持續(xù)增加。在工傷事故的發(fā)生中,受工傷致殘的職工瞬間喪失部分身體機(jī)能和社會(huì)功能,原本扮演的角色中斷或者崩潰,陷入極大的情緒困擾和心理陰影。在這樣的形勢(shì)下,以恢復(fù)工傷職工的身體功能和勞動(dòng)能力為主要目標(biāo)的工傷康復(fù)日益受到國家的重視,并逐漸關(guān)注工傷職工的心理康復(fù)和社會(huì)康復(fù)。 本文在梳理工傷康復(fù)發(fā)展、闡述去標(biāo)簽化、社會(huì)角色理論和社會(huì)工作小組互動(dòng)模式的基礎(chǔ)上,以虎門工傷康復(fù)中心為實(shí)地調(diào)研單位,采用行動(dòng)研究和個(gè)案研究的研究方法,結(jié)合“愛心接力”工傷康復(fù)大使計(jì)劃,實(shí)踐探索工傷康復(fù)者角色適應(yīng)到正面轉(zhuǎn)變的社會(huì)工作小組互動(dòng)模式,總結(jié)工傷康復(fù)者角色正面轉(zhuǎn)變的準(zhǔn)備、過程、類型和存在的問題及問題如何應(yīng)的模式經(jīng)驗(yàn),為促使工傷致殘職工社會(huì)康復(fù)盡綿薄之力。 本文共由四個(gè)大章節(jié)組成,第一章導(dǎo)論,由工傷發(fā)生的嚴(yán)峻性和工傷職工社會(huì)康復(fù)的迫切需要的選題背景介紹,提出實(shí)踐探索工傷康復(fù)者角色適應(yīng)到正面轉(zhuǎn)變的社會(huì)工作小組互動(dòng)模式。在梳理了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)康復(fù)制度的理論與實(shí)踐方面研究的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了本文的研究思路和方法。第二章工傷康復(fù)者角色正面轉(zhuǎn)變的小組互動(dòng)模式介入方案,主要從小組的背景設(shè)計(jì)、案例分析和需求評(píng)估三方面確定互動(dòng)模式小組的需求和目標(biāo),并圍繞目標(biāo)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了服務(wù)方案。第三章工傷康復(fù)者角色正面轉(zhuǎn)變的小組互動(dòng)模式介入過程及評(píng)估,主要從小組的籌備、開展情況、人手分工和后續(xù)討論的計(jì)劃四方面來展現(xiàn)工傷康復(fù)者角色正面轉(zhuǎn)變的互動(dòng)小組過程,并通過過程評(píng)估的方法對(duì)小組的互動(dòng)情況進(jìn)行評(píng)估。第四章工傷康復(fù)者角色正面轉(zhuǎn)變的小組互動(dòng)模式經(jīng)驗(yàn)與反思,從小組的理念、目標(biāo)確立和組員的選擇和構(gòu)成總結(jié)了工傷康復(fù)者角色正面轉(zhuǎn)變的準(zhǔn)備;從互動(dòng)小組的動(dòng)力分析了工傷康復(fù)者角色正面轉(zhuǎn)變的過程;并根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)變的成效和力度對(duì)工傷康復(fù)者的角色進(jìn)行正面轉(zhuǎn)向、中面轉(zhuǎn)向和負(fù)面轉(zhuǎn)向的劃分,總結(jié)了工傷康復(fù)者角色轉(zhuǎn)變的類型;最后從工傷康復(fù)者的角色正面轉(zhuǎn)變的劃分維度、轉(zhuǎn)變中的性別分析以及該模式的經(jīng)驗(yàn)推廣三方面進(jìn)行了問題討論和反思。 本文的結(jié)論中得出以下幾點(diǎn)為一線社會(huì)工作者在實(shí)務(wù)操作上借鑒的:一,互動(dòng)模式小組工作動(dòng)力分析,動(dòng)力分析是一種工作方法也是一種研究,在實(shí)際操作中注重小組動(dòng)力分析,更利于實(shí)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的反思與總結(jié);二,社會(huì)工作價(jià)值理念與系統(tǒng)的方法在工傷康復(fù)的運(yùn)用,工傷康復(fù)最終目的就是讓工傷職工身體、心理得到恢復(fù)或重新適應(yīng)社會(huì),社會(huì)工作專業(yè)的價(jià)值理念與系統(tǒng)的方法在工傷康復(fù)的運(yùn)用正是發(fā)揮了專業(yè)所長;三,社會(huì)工作的互動(dòng)模式小組工作是促進(jìn)工傷康復(fù)者角色正面轉(zhuǎn)變的開始,在工傷康復(fù)者過渡性回歸社會(huì)起了牽引作用,它仍需結(jié)合個(gè)案和社區(qū)的方法繼續(xù)完善。 由于現(xiàn)有工傷康復(fù)研究和實(shí)踐有限以及自身研究能力不夠,本研究尚有許多不足之處。一是,由于本人康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科背景的缺乏,本研究的理論和實(shí)踐均局限于社會(huì)工作和社會(huì)學(xué),回避了對(duì)工傷康復(fù)中康復(fù)醫(yī)學(xué)理論、專業(yè)技術(shù)操作等環(huán)節(jié)的深入探討。二是,互動(dòng)模式小組工作方法的全面分析不夠具體。三是,對(duì)微觀和宏觀層面的研究不足。四是工傷康復(fù)應(yīng)在早期得到各種力量的介入與支持,因?yàn)樵趧偸軅陂g,工傷康復(fù)者如果能得到更好的協(xié)助和照顧,后期康復(fù)回歸社會(huì)將更為有利。
[Abstract]:At present, the incidence of occupational injuries and occupational diseases is rising and the severity of the occupational disease is increasing constantly. The people who have been maimed by industrial injuries continue to increase. In the case of industrial injuries, the workers who have been disabled by industrial injuries lose part of their physical function and social function in a moment. In this situation, the rehabilitation of workers' physical function and ability to work as the main goal has been paid more and more attention by the state, and the psychological rehabilitation and social rehabilitation of workers are gradually concerned.
In this paper, on the basis of combing the rehabilitation and development of industrial injury, on the basis of the labelling, social role theory and the interaction model of the social working group, this paper takes the Humen industrial injury rehabilitation center as a field investigation unit, adopts the research method of action research and case study, and combines the "love relay" work injury rehabilitation Ambassador plan to explore the role of the workers' rehabilitation. To adapt to the positive transformation of the social working group interaction model, summarize the preparation, the process, the type and the existing problems and the problems in the positive change of the role of the workers for the rehabilitation of the workers.
This article is composed of four chapters. The first chapter is introduction. It is introduced from the background of the severity of industrial injury and the urgent need for the social rehabilitation of workers and workers. The paper puts forward a social working group interaction model which can adapt to the positive transformation of the roles of workers and workers, and combs the theory and practice of the related rehabilitation system at home and abroad. On the basis of the research, the paper designs the research ideas and methods of this article. The second chapter is a group interactive mode intervention scheme, which mainly from the group background design, case analysis and demand assessment to determine the needs and objectives of the interactive model group, and the detailed design of the service scheme around the target. Third chapters. The intervention process and evaluation of the group interaction model for the role of the rehabilitation of workers, mainly from the four aspects of the group preparation, the development situation, the manpower division and the follow-up discussion plan to show the interaction group process of the positive change of the role of the workers' rehabilitation, and evaluate the interaction of the group through the method of process evaluation. Fourth chapters The experience and reflection of the group interaction model for the positive change of the role of the rehabilitation workers, from the idea of the group, the establishment of the goal and the selection and composition of the team members, summed up the preparation for the positive transformation of the role of the workers, and analyzed the process of the positive change of the role of the rehabilitation of the workers from the interaction group; The roles of the injured and rehabilitated people are positive, middle and negative, and the types of changes in the role of workers are summarized. Finally, three aspects are discussed and reconsidered from the dimension of the positive change of the role of the rehabilitation of the workers, the gender analysis in the transformation and the extension of the model's experience.
The conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, the dynamic analysis of the interactive mode group work, the dynamic analysis is a kind of work method and a kind of research. In the practical operation, it pays more attention to the group dynamic analysis, which is more conducive to the reflection and summary of practical experience; two, the concept of social work value and the value of social work The system method is used in the rehabilitation of industrial injury. The final purpose of the rehabilitation of industrial injury is to restore or adapt to the society. The value concept and the system method of the social work profession are the professional skills in the application of the rehabilitation of industrial injuries. Three, the interaction mode group work of social work is to promote the work injury health. The beginning of the positive role of the rehabilitative role has played a leading role in the transitional society of work-related injury rehabilitation. It needs to continue to improve in combination with case and community methods.
There are many shortcomings in this study because of the limited research and practice of rehabilitation and lack of research ability. First, because of the lack of the background of my rehabilitation medicine, the theory and practice of this study are limited to social work and sociology, and avoid the theory of rehabilitation medicine and professional technical operation in the rehabilitation of industrial injuries. The two is that the comprehensive analysis of the working method of the interactive model group is not specific. Three, the research on the micro and macro level is insufficient. Four is the intervention and support of the work injury rehabilitation in the early stage, because during the period of injury, the rehabilitation of the workers will be better assisted and taken care of, the later rehabilitation return society. It will be more favorable.
