【摘要】：正文風(fēng)問題,某種意義上也是個人話語風(fēng)格和信仰的體現(xiàn)。鄧正來有一本書,其中一篇文章和文風(fēng)、學(xué)術(shù)意識有關(guān),那篇文章對現(xiàn)在法學(xué)界學(xué)術(shù)話語大批量復(fù)制西方的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入分析。為什么會出現(xiàn)這樣的情況?這和長久以來我們所持的西方中心主義有很大關(guān)聯(lián)。我們習(xí)慣以西方的定義來把握我們的現(xiàn)實,把西方社會及其話語當(dāng)成一種理想引進(jìn)和信奉,其實也為別人的話語霸權(quán)扮演了共謀角色。這一切都源于我們對西方范式缺少批判意識。
[Abstract]:Text style, in a sense, is also a reflection of personal discourse style and belief. Deng Zhenglai has a book in which an article has something to do with literary style and academic consciousness. That article makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation in which the legal academic discourse is reproduced in large quantities in the West. Why did this happen? This has much to do with the Western centralism that we have long held. We are used to grasp our reality with the definition of the West and introduce and believe in the western society and its discourse as an ideal. In fact, we also play a complicit role for the discourse hegemony of others. All this stems from our lack of critical awareness of Western paradigms.
