【摘要】：影響和決定主觀幸福感的因素一直是幸福研究的重要內(nèi)容,現(xiàn)有研究表明外在的客觀因素對(duì)于幸福感的解釋力較弱。然而近些年來(lái)中國(guó)城市的房?jī)r(jià)一路高攀,房?jī)r(jià)與收入比畸高,住房問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為影響居民幸福感的一個(gè)重要因素。在此意義上,本文以2007年上海市居民的抽樣調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)人口學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)變量、人均家庭收入、住房面積與住房是否租借與主觀幸福感的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)：經(jīng)濟(jì)收入和住房狀況與主觀幸福感之間存在著顯著相關(guān)性,其中住房的產(chǎn)權(quán)狀況與主觀幸福感之間的關(guān)聯(lián)尤為緊密,即使是排除收入的影響后,它仍然對(duì)主觀幸福感有直接影響。本文以為中國(guó)人的文化背景、相對(duì)剝奪感和自我評(píng)價(jià)與自尊意識(shí)等是兩者之間顯著關(guān)聯(lián)的主要原因。本次聚焦于住房這個(gè)客觀因素與幸福感的關(guān)聯(lián)研究及其結(jié)論,對(duì)于此前的相關(guān)研究有一定的補(bǔ)充價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The factors that influence and determine the subjective well-being have always been the important content of happiness research. The existing research shows that the external objective factors have weak explanation for happiness. However, in recent years, the housing price in Chinese cities has been rising all the way, and the ratio of house price to income is extremely high. The housing problem has become an important factor affecting the well-being of the residents. In this sense, based on the sample survey data of Shanghai residents in 2007, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between demographic variables, per capita household income, housing area and housing rental and subjective well-being. The results show that there is a significant correlation between economic income, housing status and subjective well-being, especially between housing property rights and subjective well-being, even after excluding the influence of income. It still has a direct impact on subjective well-being. This paper argues that the main reasons for the significant correlation are the Chinese cultural background, the sense of relative deprivation and the sense of self-evaluation and self-esteem. This study, which focuses on the objective factor of housing and happiness, has some supplementary value to the previous research.
