【摘要】：由于對西方社會工作理論和知識體系的過度依賴,我國農(nóng)村社會工作發(fā)展的主體性明顯不足�；趯χ袊鴩楹痛迩f特點及實際處境的判斷,文章提出村莊本位的農(nóng)村社會工作推進導(dǎo)向和發(fā)展思路,強調(diào)農(nóng)村社會工作導(dǎo)向應(yīng)從個人、家庭服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)向村莊服務(wù),從問題解決轉(zhuǎn)向關(guān)系調(diào)適,從經(jīng)濟幫扶轉(zhuǎn)向文化幫扶。村莊本位的農(nóng)村社會工作可以在村莊社會關(guān)系調(diào)適、經(jīng)濟資源整合與共同體意識培養(yǎng)等方面發(fā)揮重要作用,進而助力培植農(nóng)村發(fā)展的內(nèi)源動力,其要義在于更好地推進農(nóng)村社會工作的主體性發(fā)展,并在專業(yè)理論、知識體系和實務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新上推進農(nóng)村社會工作的本土化。
[Abstract]:Because of the excessive dependence on western social work theory and knowledge system, the subjectivity of rural social work development in China is obviously insufficient. Based on the judgment of China's national conditions, the characteristics of villages and the actual situation, the paper puts forward the orientation and development of village-based rural social work, and emphasizes that the orientation of rural social work should be shifted from individual, family service to village service. From problem solving to relationship adjustment, from economic support to cultural help. The village-based rural social work can play an important role in the adjustment of village social relations, the integration of economic resources and the cultivation of community consciousness. The main point is to promote the development of the subjectivity of rural social work, and to promote the localization of rural social work in the innovation of professional theory, knowledge system and practical mode.
