【摘要】：青少年成長(zhǎng)的話題一直以來都是人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。但是,針對(duì)單親家庭青少年,尤其是單親家庭青少年成長(zhǎng)需求進(jìn)行的研究稍顯不足,雖然在社會(huì)學(xué)、心理學(xué)領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)有很多關(guān)于單親家庭子女的研究,但是都主要是針對(duì)家庭關(guān)系的分裂對(duì)子女所帶來的負(fù)面影響,集中在對(duì)單親家庭子女所存在問題的理論層次研究。雖然從社會(huì)工作專業(yè)層面對(duì)單親家庭青少年成長(zhǎng)這一主題進(jìn)行的研究在這幾年逐漸增多,但學(xué)者們大多是從“困境”以及“問題”視角出發(fā)進(jìn)行探索。為了探究社會(huì)工作如何更好地滿足單親家庭青少年的成長(zhǎng)需求,提高單親家庭青少年社會(huì)工作的服務(wù)成效,同時(shí)豐富社會(huì)工作專業(yè)研究和社會(huì)工作專業(yè)教育的理論,本研究采用定量研究與定性研究相結(jié)合的方法,研究以馬斯洛需求層次理論為基礎(chǔ)從社會(huì)工作視角分析Z街單親家庭青少年的成長(zhǎng)需求和社會(huì)工作介入的服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,并總結(jié)出了以優(yōu)勢(shì)視角理論和社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論為指導(dǎo),將個(gè)案工作、小組工作和社區(qū)工作相互融合的工作方法服務(wù)于單親家庭青少年的路徑。從“需求”和“優(yōu)勢(shì)”的視角出發(fā),有利于激發(fā)單親家庭青少年與其家庭的潛能,同時(shí)協(xié)助單親家庭青少年構(gòu)建功能良好的社會(huì)支持網(wǎng)絡(luò),以達(dá)到促進(jìn)其健康成長(zhǎng)之目的。
[Abstract]:The topic of youth growth has always been the focus of attention. However, the research on the growth needs of young people in single-parent families, especially in single-parent families, is somewhat inadequate. Although there have been many studies on the children of single-parent families in the field of sociology and psychology, However, it mainly focuses on the negative effects of the split of family relationship on children, and focuses on the theoretical research on the problems of children in single-parent families. Although the research on the subject of the growth of teenagers in single-parent families from the aspect of social work has gradually increased in recent years, most scholars have explored from the angle of "dilemma" and "problem". In order to explore how social work can better meet the growth needs of young people in single-parent families, improve the service effectiveness of social work for young people in single-parent families, and enrich the theory of social work research and professional education in social work, Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, this study analyzes the growth needs of teenagers in Z Street single parent family and the service status of social work intervention from the perspective of social work. Under the guidance of advantage theory and social support network theory, the paper summarizes the ways of combining case work, group work and community work to serve the young people in single-parent families. From the point of view of "demand" and "advantage", it is helpful to stimulate the potential of single parent family teenagers and their families, and to help them to build a well-functioning social support network in order to promote their healthy growth.
