【摘要】：近年來精神類疾病的患病率不斷提高,而社會大眾對于精神病患者這一群體往往持排斥態(tài)度,這也導(dǎo)致一些精神病患者康復(fù)后,依然在許多方面受到區(qū)別對待,同時承受巨大的輿論壓力,難以再次融入社會。除患者外,受輿論影響最為直接的就是其家屬。相比精神病患者而言,患者家屬這一群體數(shù)量更大,而且患者一般對家屬存在依賴性,這也意味著家屬在與患者共同生活和治療的過程中,不僅要承擔(dān)照顧患者日常生活的重任,還要承受來自親屬患病和社會輿論兩方面的壓力。照顧親屬的勞累和來自外界的壓力,嚴(yán)重影響著患者家屬的身心健康,使他們極易產(chǎn)生消極、自卑等負(fù)面情緒并引發(fā)心理問題�；谝陨锨闆r,本文選取了一個有代表性的精神病患者家庭,通過個案工作的方法,具體了解其家庭情況后,運(yùn)用深度訪談法、心理社會治療模式,評估了其現(xiàn)階段的問題和需求,并且根據(jù)其問題與需求,針對案主的心理問題運(yùn)用專業(yè)技巧幫助其克服消極情緒,增加精神支持,從而緩解精神病患者家屬的心理問題,幫助其走出困境。本文共分四個部分,第一部分為緒論,首先介紹了本文的研究背景、研究目的和意義,其次對文中使用的概念進(jìn)行界定并提供理論依據(jù),再次是對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的綜述,最后是本文的研究方法及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分是關(guān)于案主問題的分析,總結(jié)了案主的心理問題并進(jìn)行分析。第三部分為個案工作介入過程,介紹了針對案主問題運(yùn)用個案工作方法進(jìn)行介入的完整過程。第四部分為反思和建議,包括對個案工作過程和結(jié)果的反思以及對個案工作介入精神病患家屬心理問題的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the prevalence rate of mental diseases has been increasing, and the general public tends to hold an attitude of rejection towards the mentally ill, which also results in some mental patients still being treated differently in many ways after their recovery. At the same time bear enormous pressure of public opinion, difficult to re-integrate into society. In addition to patients, most directly affected by public opinion is their families. The number of patients' family members is larger than that of the mentally ill, and patients are generally dependent on their families, which means that they live and treat together with the patients. We should not only take care of patients' daily life, but also bear the pressure from relatives and public opinion. The tiredness of caring for relatives and the pressure from outside seriously affect the physical and mental health of patients' family members, make them easily produce negative emotions, such as negative feelings, such as inferiority complex, and cause psychological problems. Based on the above situation, this paper selects a representative mental patient family, through the method of case work, specific understanding of their family situation, the use of in-depth interviews, psycho-social treatment model, Having assessed its problems and needs at the present stage, and applying professional skills to overcome negative emotions and increase mental support in the light of the psychological problems of the victims, thereby alleviating the psychological problems of the family members of the mentally ill patients, Help him out of his predicament. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction. Firstly, it introduces the research background, purpose and significance of this paper, then defines the concepts used in the paper and provides the theoretical basis, and then summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad. The last part is the research method and innovation of this paper. The second part is the analysis of the main problem, summarizes the psychological problems of the owner and carries on the analysis. The third part is the case-work intervention process. The fourth part is the reflection and suggestion, including the reflection on the process and result of the case work and the suggestion on the intervention of the case work into the psychological problems of the family members of the mental patients.
