【摘要】：改革開放以來,隨著社會的變化,越來越多的女性被工作和家庭之間紛繁的關(guān)系所影響。女護士便是其中一個很龐大的群體。工作家庭促進和工作家庭沖突是工作家庭界面中兩個很重要的方面,前者關(guān)注的是工作家庭界面中積極的一面,后者關(guān)注的是工作家庭界面中消極的一面。關(guān)注家庭就會涉及到婚姻,女護士會因為其身體、情感和心理的耗竭而出現(xiàn)婚姻倦怠的情況。國外與此有關(guān)的研究較多,但國內(nèi)卻很少。而本研究探究的正是在中國文化背景下工作家庭促進在工作家庭沖突和婚姻倦怠之間所起的作用。研究結(jié)果表明工作家庭促進能夠幫助已婚女護士克服工作家庭沖突和婚姻倦怠,提高她們的生活質(zhì)量和婚姻質(zhì)量,有助于其更好的適應(yīng)職場工作。 本研究采用問卷調(diào)查法,探討了中國文化背景下已婚女護士工作、家庭和婚姻的相關(guān)問題。通過對河南省各地市的近十家醫(yī)院600名已婚女護士進行調(diào)查,使用t檢驗、相關(guān)分析和層次回歸分析等多種統(tǒng)計分析技術(shù),所得結(jié)論如下: 第一,不同婚齡、孩子數(shù)量、有無和長輩一起居住、年齡、家庭人均月收入、日平均工作時間、單位性質(zhì)的已婚女護士在工作家庭沖突和婚姻倦怠的不同維度上存在顯著差異。 第二,在工作家庭沖突對婚姻倦怠影響的研究中,工作家庭沖突對婚姻倦怠有顯著的正向預(yù)測作用。 第三,在工作家庭促進對婚姻倦怠影響的研究中,工作家庭促進對婚姻倦怠有顯著的負向預(yù)測作用。 第四,工作家庭促進中的“工作-家庭促進”對“家庭-工作沖突”和“婚姻倦怠的耗竭維度”起著調(diào)節(jié)作用,對“家庭-工作沖突”和“婚姻倦怠的士氣消沉維度”起著調(diào)節(jié)作用。 最后,對本研究存在的不足和需要進一步解決的問題進行了陳述。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the changes of society, more and more women are influenced by the complicated relationship between work and family. Female nurses are one of the very large groups. Work-family promotion and work-family conflict are two important aspects of work-family interface. The former focuses on the positive side of the work-family interface and the latter focuses on the negative side of the work-family interface. Attention to the family will involve marriage, and female nurses may experience marital burnout due to their physical, emotional and psychological exhaustion. There are many researches about this in foreign countries, but few in our country. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of work-family promotion between work-family conflict and marital burnout in the context of Chinese culture. The results show that working family promotion can help married female nurses overcome work-family conflicts and marital burnout, improve their quality of life and marriage, and help them adapt to the workplace. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the work, family and marriage of married female nurses in Chinese cultural background. Through the investigation of 600 married female nurses in nearly 10 hospitals in various cities of Henan Province, using various statistical analysis techniques, such as t-test, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis, the conclusions are as follows: First, there are significant differences in the different marriage ages, the number of children, whether living with the elders, the age, the average monthly income of the family, the average daily working time, and the different dimensions of work-family conflict and marital burnout among the married female nurses of unit nature. Secondly, in the study of the effect of work-family conflict on marital burnout, work-family conflict has a significant positive predictive effect on marital burnout. Thirdly, in the study of the effects of work-family promotion on marital burnout, work-family promotion has a significant negative predictive effect on marital burnout. Fourth, "work-family promotion" plays an important role in the regulation of "family-work conflict" and "burnout dimension" in work-family promotion. It regulates the family-work conflict and the demoralizing dimension of marital burnout. Finally, the shortcomings of this study and the problems that need to be solved are described.
