從碎片化到無縫隙——基于一個(gè)社會(huì)工作項(xiàng)目的研究

【摘要】:本文以"廣州Y家庭綜合服務(wù)中心"項(xiàng)目的實(shí)踐為個(gè)案,運(yùn)用無縫隙政府理論的合理內(nèi)核,揭示了該中心嘗試打破部門分割的界限,彌補(bǔ)專業(yè)分工造成的服務(wù)及管理雙重"碎片化"而進(jìn)行的組織結(jié)構(gòu)再造,服務(wù)流程再造和中心文化再造過程,并具體分析了再造后可能出現(xiàn)的問題及相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,力求形成具有一定經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒價(jià)值和理論啟發(fā)作用的研究成果。
[Abstract]:Taking the practice of "Guangzhou Y Family Integrated Service Center" as an example, using the rational kernel of seamless government theory, this paper reveals that the center tries to break the boundary of division of departments. This paper makes up for the process of organizational structure reengineering, service process reengineering and central culture reengineering caused by professional division of labor, and analyzes the possible problems and corresponding countermeasures after reengineering. Strive to form a certain value of experience and theoretical inspiration of the research results.
