【摘要】：夫妻和家庭提供了我們這個社會最主要的關(guān)系紐帶,而夫妻關(guān)系在現(xiàn)代社會逐漸取代親子軸成為家庭中的主軸,決定和影響了家庭中其他關(guān)系的存在和發(fā)展。但目前突出的婚姻問題使得關(guān)于改善婚姻質(zhì)量的理論和實務(wù)研究需求急迫及意義重大。 本文系統(tǒng)梳理歸納薩提亞溝通模式,從理論和實務(wù)兩個角度探討其對改善婚姻質(zhì)量的有效性,并進(jìn)一步討論薩提亞溝通模式在中國本土化情境中改善婚姻質(zhì)量的文化阻抗及應(yīng)對策略。理論方面,通過對婚姻質(zhì)量中溝通因素的分析及薩提亞溝通理論和技術(shù)對改善夫妻溝通的重要意義的分析,論證該模式對改善婚姻質(zhì)量的有效性。實務(wù)方面,輔之以5例個案輔導(dǎo)的干預(yù)結(jié)果,并詳細(xì)呈現(xiàn)其中一例個案的干預(yù)過程,探索該模式對改善婚姻質(zhì)量的有效性及具體改善機(jī)制。 文章得出研究結(jié)論：溝通因素是影響婚姻質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素,不良婚姻溝通模式主要體現(xiàn)在壓力情景下的溝通應(yīng)對方式不當(dāng)、語言溝通不暢、缺乏身體、靈性等深層次溝通。薩提亞溝通模式通過改善婚姻溝通,從而有效改善婚姻質(zhì)量。在本土化情境中運(yùn)用薩提亞溝通治療模式存在的阻抗包括：來訪者對夫妻治療的阻抗、對咨詢師專業(yè)權(quán)威的質(zhì)疑、對治療技術(shù)的阻抗。應(yīng)對策略包括：與案主建立良好的專業(yè)關(guān)系、咨詢師加強(qiáng)自我學(xué)習(xí)和自我成長,整合運(yùn)用各個理論治療流派等。
[Abstract]:Husband and wife and family provide the most important link of relationship in our society. In modern society, husband and wife relations gradually replace parent-child axis as the main axis of family, which determines and affects the existence and development of other relationships in the family.But the outstanding marriage problems make it urgent and significant to study the theory and practice of improving the quality of marriage.In this paper, we systematically summarize the communication mode of Satia, and discuss its effectiveness in improving the quality of marriage from two angles of theory and practice.Furthermore, it discusses the cultural resistance and coping strategies for improving marriage quality in the context of Chinese localization.Theoretically, through the analysis of communication factors in marriage quality and the significance of Satya's communication theory and technology to improving marital communication, the validity of this model for improving marital quality is demonstrated.In practice, it is supplemented by the intervention results of 5 cases of case counseling, and the intervention process of one case is presented in detail to explore the effectiveness of the model in improving the quality of marriage and the specific improvement mechanism.The conclusion of this paper is that communication factors are the key factors affecting the quality of marriage. The bad marriage communication mode is mainly reflected in the inappropriate communication coping style, poor language communication, lack of body, spirituality and other deep-level communication.Satian communication mode can improve marriage quality by improving marriage communication.The impedance of using Satya communication therapy mode in the localization situation includes: the impedance of the visitor to the husband and wife treatment, the query to the professional authority of the consultant, and the impedance to the treatment technology.Coping strategies include: establishing a good professional relationship with the victim, strengthening self-learning and self-growth of counsellors, integrating and applying various theoretical therapeutic schools and so on.
