【摘要】：“知識(shí)城市”的建設(shè)是我國(guó)城市發(fā)展的新階段,它以知識(shí)為核心來(lái)進(jìn)行城市規(guī)劃,不斷促進(jìn)知識(shí)的傳播和創(chuàng)新,從而提高城市的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力�！爸R(shí)城市”的出現(xiàn)為我國(guó)城市未來(lái)的發(fā)展道路指明了方向。知識(shí)社會(huì)組織是伴隨著“知識(shí)城市”的產(chǎn)生而逐漸形成的,知識(shí)社會(huì)組織作為“知識(shí)城市”的基本組成要素,為城市的快速發(fā)展提供了強(qiáng)大的動(dòng)力和智力支持,而“知識(shí)城市”為知識(shí)社會(huì)組織提供了各種資源和巨大的發(fā)展空間。知識(shí)社會(huì)組織致力于提高知識(shí)利用率、促進(jìn)知識(shí)的創(chuàng)新、加速知識(shí)成果轉(zhuǎn)化、拓展知識(shí)傳播渠道等領(lǐng)域,其主要目的通過(guò)合理利用知識(shí)來(lái)促進(jìn)整個(gè)社會(huì)的發(fā)展。因此,我們將知識(shí)社會(huì)組織定義為,一定社會(huì)知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)的人們?yōu)榱藢?shí)現(xiàn)特定的目標(biāo),以知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)新為核心,有意識(shí)的聯(lián)合起來(lái)并進(jìn)行專(zhuān)門(mén)化的工作的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一組織。知識(shí)社會(huì)組織既是進(jìn)行知識(shí)創(chuàng)新的場(chǎng)所,也是人們進(jìn)行知識(shí)管理的平臺(tái)。知識(shí)社會(huì)組織只有不斷的生產(chǎn)創(chuàng)造新的知識(shí)并且合理運(yùn)用知識(shí)才能永葆組織的生機(jī)和活力。 近年以來(lái),我國(guó)城市發(fā)展面臨著巨大的困難和障礙,城市社會(huì)出現(xiàn)了大量的社會(huì)問(wèn)題和道德問(wèn)題,城市社會(huì)組織和城市居民的“越軌”和“失范”行為愈演愈烈,城市發(fā)展中的道德秩序“缺位”現(xiàn)象越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重,它們極大的影響了我國(guó)和諧社會(huì)的建立和城市的健康發(fā)展。通過(guò)對(duì)這類(lèi)問(wèn)題的調(diào)查分析,總是能在它們的背后發(fā)現(xiàn)城市社會(huì)道德秩序的缺失和城市居民知識(shí)水平低下的身影。在一定程度上,我們可以認(rèn)為道德秩序的缺失和知識(shí)水平低下是制約我國(guó)城市社會(huì)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的根本原因。基于此,通過(guò)城市社會(huì)道德秩序構(gòu)建知識(shí)社會(huì)組織,從而解決城市社會(huì)道德問(wèn)題和社會(huì)問(wèn)題迫在眉睫。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)城市社會(huì)道德秩序與知識(shí)社會(huì)組織的構(gòu)建研究,試圖通過(guò)道德秩序重塑我國(guó)社會(huì)組織的價(jià)值觀和意義,為解決我國(guó)城市中出現(xiàn)的社會(huì)問(wèn)題和道德問(wèn)題提出一系列的對(duì)策和建議,從而為我國(guó)城市化的可持續(xù)發(fā)展、和諧社會(huì)的建立以及“知識(shí)城市”的發(fā)展提供堅(jiān)實(shí)穩(wěn)固的內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境。本文從城市社會(huì)道德秩序和知識(shí)社會(huì)組織的基本理論入手,首先對(duì)城市社會(huì)道德秩序的基本概念、特點(diǎn)、功能以及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)知識(shí)社會(huì)組織的基本概念、特征、功能以及類(lèi)型進(jìn)行了闡述。其次,在明確城市社會(huì)道德秩序和知識(shí)社會(huì)組織基本理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)城市道德秩序和知識(shí)社會(huì)組織的相互作用以及其對(duì)“知識(shí)城市”發(fā)展的意義作了一定程度的分析。再次,本論文采用SWOT分析方法對(duì)知識(shí)社會(huì)組織外部環(huán)境的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅以及內(nèi)部環(huán)境的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)作了現(xiàn)狀分析,通過(guò)分析,明確了構(gòu)建知識(shí)社會(huì)組織的可行性和必要性,并且對(duì)知識(shí)社會(huì)組織構(gòu)建的困難有了更清醒的認(rèn)識(shí),提出了一些有益的對(duì)策。最后,本文以城市社會(huì)道德秩序?yàn)楹诵?從組織制度、組織文化、組織目標(biāo)、組織員工、組織性質(zhì)五個(gè)方面對(duì)知識(shí)社會(huì)組織進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,以期提高知識(shí)社會(huì)組織的道德秩序意識(shí),從而保證城市社會(huì)的正常運(yùn)行和“知識(shí)城市”的健康發(fā)展,為保證知識(shí)社會(huì)組織構(gòu)建道路的正確性和準(zhǔn)確性,本文對(duì)知識(shí)社會(huì)組織的評(píng)價(jià)體系作了一定的探索性研究,提出了一系列的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The construction of knowledge city is a new stage of development of our country city, it takes the knowledge as the core of city planning, and constantly promote the dissemination of knowledge and innovation, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the city. The emergence of knowledge city and pointed out the direction for the future development path of China's city. Knowledge is accompanied by social organization the production of knowledge city gradually, the knowledge social organization as the basic elements of knowledge city ", provides a powerful impetus and intellectual support for the rapid development of the city, provides a variety of resources and huge development space and" knowledge city "as the knowledge society. Knowledge social organization is committed to improving the utilization of knowledge, promote knowledge innovation, accelerate the transformation of the knowledge achievements, expand the communication channels of knowledge and other fields, its main purpose through the rational use of knowledge to promote the development of the whole society. Therefore, we will organize the knowledge society is defined as a social knowledge structure within the people in order to achieve specific goals, to learn the knowledge and innovation as the core, the organic unity of organization consciously unite and carry out specialized work. The knowledge social organization is not only in knowledge innovation places, people also carry out knowledge management the platform of knowledge social organization can only continue to create new knowledge and use knowledge reasonably in order to maintain the vigor and vitality.
In recent years, our country city development is facing enormous difficulties and obstacles, city society there are a lot of social and moral problems, city social organization and city residents "deviant" and "anomie" behavior intensified, more and city in the development of the moral order "vacancy" phenomenon is more serious, which has a great impact on the healthy development of city and the establishment of a harmonious society in China. Through the investigation of this kind of problem analysis, can always find the city social moral order and the lack of low level knowledge in city residents behind them. To a certain extent, we can think of the lack of the moral order and the low level of knowledge is the fundamental reason for restricting the further development of our city. Based on this, the city social moral order construction of knowledge social organization, so as to solve the city social morality and social problems forced In the corner.
In this paper, through the research on the construction of city social moral order and social organization knowledge, moral order tries to reshape our social organization's value and significance, and puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to solve our country city in the social and moral problems, and for the sustainable development of city in our country, the harmonious society the establishment and the development of knowledge city provide solid internal, external environment. From the basic theory of city social moral order and knowledge of the social organization, the characteristics of city social moral order basic concept, analyzed the function and the development of the status quo, the basic concept of knowledge social organization, characteristics, function and the type are discussed. Secondly, based on the basic theory of clear city social moral order and knowledge of social organization, city of moral order and knowledge society The interaction of organization and its significance of "knowledge city" development of the analysis to a certain extent. Thirdly, this paper used SWOT method to analyze external environment of knowledge social organization of opportunities and threats and internal advantages and disadvantages of the current situation analysis, through analysis, clarifies the feasibility and necessity of knowledge social organization, and have a more clear understanding of knowledge social organization construction difficulties, puts forward some countermeasures. Finally, this paper takes the city social moral order as the core, from the organizational system, organizational culture, organizational goals, organizational staff, construction of knowledge social organization five aspects of the nature of the organization, in order to improve the organization of knowledge ethics consciousness, so as to ensure the healthy development of the normal operation of city society and "knowledge city", in order to ensure the correctness of the knowledge society construction road And accuracy, this article made a certain exploratory research on the evaluation system of the knowledge society organization, and put forward a series of evaluation indexes.
