【摘要】：目的調(diào)查唐山市城區(qū)不同養(yǎng)老模式下老年人的生活質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀,分析不同養(yǎng)老模式下老年人生活質(zhì)量的影響因素,為提高不同養(yǎng)老模式老年人的生活質(zhì)量提供數(shù)據(jù)支持與理論依據(jù)。方法第一部分:采用分層整群隨機抽樣的方法,抽取唐山市路北區(qū)2個社區(qū)(機場路南樓社區(qū)、曙光樓社區(qū))。以2個社區(qū)中符合條件的居家養(yǎng)老老年人共734名為研究對象;第二部分:同法,在唐山市路北區(qū)的16所養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)中抽取3所養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)(機場路團結(jié)里養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中心、福星老年公寓、龍東老年公寓)。以3所養(yǎng)老機構(gòu)中符合條件的機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老老年人共366名為研究對象。于2015年11月至2016年8月對符合條件的1100名老年人進行入戶調(diào)查。問卷由調(diào)查員通過訪談方式填寫。本次調(diào)查共發(fā)放問卷總數(shù)為1100份,回收有效問卷共計1078份,有效問卷回收率為98%。采用統(tǒng)一的調(diào)查問卷,包括自制的一般情況調(diào)查表、生活質(zhì)量調(diào)查簡表(SF-36)、衰弱量表(FRAIL)、社會支持評定量表、APGAR家庭功能評估表。結(jié)果1(1)唐山市城區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老老年人的生活質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀:居家養(yǎng)老老年人的生活質(zhì)量總均分為(72.25±10.76)分,其中軀體健康總評(62.19±19.90)分,精神健康總評(64.08±16.53)分;(2)唐山市城區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老老年人生活質(zhì)量影響因素的單因素分析:性別、年齡、文化程度、職業(yè)、房產(chǎn)有無、慢性病罹患、婚姻狀況、居住方式、子女距離、收入狀況、經(jīng)濟來源、衰弱狀況、社會支持情況、家庭功能影響居家養(yǎng)老老年人的生活質(zhì)量(P(27)0.05);(3)唐山市城區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老老年人生活質(zhì)量影響因素的多因素分析:居家養(yǎng)老老年人生活質(zhì)量的影響因素依次為衰弱、慢性病、家庭功能、子女距離、性別、收入狀況和房產(chǎn)。2(1)唐山市城區(qū)機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老老年人的生活質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀:機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老老年人的生活質(zhì)量總均分為(66.57±11.50)分,其中軀體健康總評(51.50±21.01)分,精神健康總評(57.65±17.77)分;(2)唐山市城區(qū)機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老老年人生活質(zhì)量影響因素的單因素分析:戶籍、房產(chǎn)、收入狀況、定期體檢、經(jīng)濟來源、衰弱狀況、社會支持、家庭功能影響機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老老年人的生活質(zhì)量(P(27)0.05);(3)唐山市城區(qū)機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老老年人生活質(zhì)量影響因素的多因素分析:機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老老年人生活質(zhì)量的影響因素依次為衰弱狀況、社會支持情況、經(jīng)濟來源和房產(chǎn)。結(jié)論根據(jù)生活質(zhì)量量表總得分判斷,唐山市城區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老老年人生活質(zhì)量處于中等偏上水平。多因素分析結(jié)果顯示,居家養(yǎng)老老年人生活質(zhì)量影響因素依次為衰弱、慢性病、家庭功能、子女距離、性別、收入狀況和房產(chǎn);唐山市城區(qū)機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老老年人生活質(zhì)量處于中等水平。多因素分析結(jié)果顯示,機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老老年人生活質(zhì)量影響因素依次為衰弱狀況、社會支持情況、經(jīng)濟來源和房產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the quality of life (QOL) of the elderly under different pension models in Tangshan City, and to analyze the influencing factors of the quality of life (QOL).To provide data support and theoretical basis for improving the quality of life of the elderly with different pension models.Methods in the first part, the stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select two communities in Lubei District, Tangshan City (Nanlou Community of Airport Road, Shuguanglou Community).Fuxing apartment for the elderly, Longdong apartment for the elderly.A total of 366 eligible aged persons in 3 pension institutions were studied.A household survey was conducted between November 2015 and August 2016 among 1100 eligible elderly people.The questionnaire was filled out by the investigator through interview.The total number of questionnaires issued was 1100, the total number of valid questionnaires was 1078, and the recovery rate of valid questionnaires was 98.A unified questionnaire, including self-made general situation questionnaire, quality of life survey summary form SF-36, frailia scale, social support rating scale and APGAR family function assessment form were used.Analysis of the factors influencing the quality of Life of the elderly aged at Home in Tangshan City: sex, Age, Education, occupation, Real Estate, chronic Disease, marital status, living style, distance between Children and Children;Income, sources of income, weakness, social support,The multivariate analysis of the influencing factors of the quality of life of the elderly aged at home in Tangshan City: the influencing factors of the quality of life of the elderly aged at home in order of weakness, chronic disease, family function, etc.The single factor analysis of the influencing factors of the quality of life of the aged in the urban institutions of Tangshan City: household registration, real estate, income status, regular physical examination, economic source, debilitating condition, social support, etc.The multivariate analysis of the influencing factors of the quality of life of the aged in the urban area of Tangshan City: the influencing factors of the quality of life of the elderly in the institutional care system are the weak condition and the social support in the order of the influencing factors of the quality of life of the aged in institutions.Sources of income and real estateConclusion according to the total score of quality of life scale, the quality of life of the elderly aged at home in Tangshan City is at the middle level.The results of multivariate analysis showed that the influencing factors of the quality of life of the elderly aged at home were weakness, chronic disease, family function, distance between children, sex, income status and real estate.The quality of life of the aged in the urban institutions of Tangshan City is at a medium level.The results of multivariate analysis showed that the influencing factors of the quality of life of the aged in institutions were in turn the debilitating condition, the social support situation, the economic source and the real estate.
