【摘要】：黨的十八大報告強調(diào),要“培育自尊自信、理性平和、積極向上的社會心態(tài)�！边@表明了黨和政府對培育和引導(dǎo)我國國民保持健康社會心態(tài)的高度重視,也為我們科學(xué)的認識和研究社會心態(tài)提供了理論支撐。國民的社會心態(tài)是否積極健康,不僅影響到其個人的身心發(fā)展,還關(guān)系到我國社會整體的和諧穩(wěn)定。因此,對國民社會心態(tài)的研究意義重大。在中國特色社會主義現(xiàn)代化的進程中,社會發(fā)展的復(fù)雜性和多變性引發(fā)了諸多社會心態(tài),其突出地表現(xiàn)在:既有開拓進取的創(chuàng)新心態(tài)、海納百川的開放心態(tài)、獨立自主的進取心態(tài)、公平競爭的平等心態(tài);同時,又有焦慮迷茫、冷漠麻木、悲觀失望、心理失衡等不良社會心態(tài)。不良社會心態(tài)不僅不利于個人健康發(fā)展,對和諧家庭和和諧社會構(gòu)建也百害而無一利,因此,國民社會心態(tài)問題己經(jīng)成為社會廣泛關(guān)注的焦點。因此,化解國民不良社會心態(tài)問題就成為順利推進中國特色社會主義偉大事業(yè)的必然要求。中國特色社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè),并不僅僅只是物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)代化,更是精神生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)代化。而國民健康社會心態(tài)的培育就是一個塑造國民健康價值觀、推進國民精神生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)代化綜合的、系統(tǒng)的工程。本文通過文獻歸納與邏輯分析法,介紹了我國現(xiàn)代化進程中國民社會心態(tài)問題研究的背景和意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及本文的創(chuàng)新嘗試。在對社會現(xiàn)代化、社會心態(tài)及國民健康社會心態(tài)等基本概念界定的基礎(chǔ)上,對我國現(xiàn)代化進程中國民社會心態(tài)進行了相關(guān)理論闡釋。重點分析了我國現(xiàn)代化進程中國民社會心態(tài)的現(xiàn)狀,指出在現(xiàn)代化進程中所形成的國民健康社會心態(tài)主要表現(xiàn)為:開拓進取的創(chuàng)新心態(tài)、海納百川的開放心態(tài)、獨立自主的進取心態(tài)、公平競爭的平等心態(tài)等。同時,對國民不健康社會心態(tài)的現(xiàn)狀及其原因進行了深入分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)在現(xiàn)代化進程中國民社會心態(tài)中存在的問題主要表現(xiàn)在:社會壓力帶來的焦慮迷茫;貧富差距帶來的心理失衡;道德滑坡和信仰缺失帶來的悲觀失望;市場經(jīng)濟下人的物化帶來的冷漠麻木等,這些不良社會心態(tài)已經(jīng)嚴重影響了個人的健康成長、家庭的和諧穩(wěn)固、社會的和諧進步及國家高效長足發(fā)展。針對以上分析研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)在我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展和改革開放推進到縱深領(lǐng)域的新形勢下,面對人民群眾日益增長的多種利益訴求和不斷凸顯的社會矛盾,努力培育和構(gòu)建與之相輔相成的健康社會心態(tài),已然成為當前我們面臨的一個重要任務(wù)。為此,本文提出通過培育正確社會價值觀,緩解社會壓力;縮小貧富差距,消弭心態(tài)失衡;加強思想道德建設(shè),重建道德信仰;營造良好的人文環(huán)境,建立公平公正的運行機制;注重輿論導(dǎo)向,營造良好輿論環(huán)境等途徑,積極培育國民健康社會心態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC stressed the need to "foster self-esteem, self-confidence, rational peace, and a positive social attitude."This shows that the Party and government attach great importance to cultivating and guiding our people to maintain a healthy social mentality, and also provide theoretical support for our scientific understanding and study of social mentality.Whether the people's social mentality is positive or not not only affects their physical and mental development, but also relates to the harmony and stability of our society as a whole.Therefore, the study of national social psychology is of great significance.In the process of modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the complexity and variety of social development have triggered a lot of social attitudes.Independent enterprising mentality, fair competition equality mentality; at the same time, there are anxiety confusion, apathy, apathy, despair, psychological imbalance and other bad social mentality.The bad social mentality is not only unfavorable to the healthy development of the individual, but also harmful to the harmonious family and the construction of the harmonious society. Therefore, the problem of the national social mentality has become the focus of the society.Therefore, solving the problem of national bad social mentality has become the inevitable requirement of promoting the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics is not only the modernization of material production, but also the modernization of spiritual production.The cultivation of the social mentality of national health is a comprehensive and systematic project to shape the values of national health and to promote the modernization of national spiritual production.Through literature induction and logical analysis, this paper introduces the background and significance of the research on the national social mentality in the process of modernization in China, the present research situation at home and abroad, and the innovation attempt of this paper.On the basis of defining the basic concepts of social modernization, social mentality and national healthy social mentality, this paper makes a theoretical explanation of the national social mentality in the process of modernization of our country.This paper emphatically analyzes the present situation of the national social mentality in the process of modernization of our country, and points out that the national healthy social mentality formed in the process of modernization is mainly manifested in the pioneering and enterprising state of mind, the open mentality of all rivers in the sea,The independent enterprising mentality, the fair competition equality mentality and so on.At the same time, the present situation and the reasons of the unhealthy social mentality of the people are deeply analyzed. It is found that the problems existing in the national social mentality in the process of modernization are mainly manifested in: the anxiety and confusion brought by the social pressure;The psychological imbalance brought about by the gap between the rich and the poor; the moral decline and despair brought about by the lack of faith; the indifference and numbness brought about by the materialization of human beings under the market economy, and so on; these negative social attitudes have seriously affected the healthy growth of individuals.Family harmony and stability, social harmony and progress and the country's rapid and efficient development.In view of the above analysis and research, it is found that under the new situation of economic and social development and the deepening of reform and opening up in China, in the face of the growing variety of interests and social contradictions of the people,It has become an important task for us to cultivate and construct a healthy social state of mind.For this reason, this article proposes that by cultivating correct social values, alleviating social pressure, narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor, eliminating the psychological imbalance, strengthening the ideological and moral construction, rebuilding moral belief, creating a good humanistic environment,To establish a fair and just operating mechanism, pay attention to the guidance of public opinion, create a good public opinion environment, and actively cultivate the national healthy social mentality.
