【摘要】： 在現(xiàn)代科學(xué)體系中,與自然科學(xué)相聯(lián)結(jié)、相對應(yīng)的“人文社會科學(xué)”,是經(jīng)歷了較充分的分化之后逐步走向一體化的人文科學(xué)與社會科學(xué)的總稱。人文社會科學(xué)與自然科學(xué)共同構(gòu)成了人類科學(xué)知識體系,以人類精神世界和社會現(xiàn)象作為研究對象。 本文從文化功能、教育功能、政治功能、社會管理功能、決策(咨詢)功能、創(chuàng)新(先導(dǎo))功能討論人文社會科學(xué)的社會功能,并以實例從生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展、社會進步、人類和平、政治穩(wěn)定、人的全面發(fā)展等五個方面的需要,充分闡釋繁榮發(fā)展人文社會科學(xué)的必要性。 目前,我國人文社會科學(xué)的發(fā)展相對滯后,這不僅是與科技發(fā)達尤其是人文社會科學(xué)極其發(fā)達的國家相比較而言的,也是與我國自然科學(xué)的發(fā)展以及社會和時代發(fā)展的需要相比較而言的。 造成目前我國人文社會科學(xué)發(fā)展落后的原因也正是人文社會科學(xué)發(fā)展中存在的問題。這些來自于人文社會科學(xué)發(fā)展外部環(huán)境和人文社會科學(xué)發(fā)展研究內(nèi)部的問題主要有:1.認識上的偏頗;2.政治上的干擾;3.教育中的缺憾;4.管理中的缺陷;5.研究中的問題等。 本文提出,要繁榮發(fā)展我國人文社會科學(xué)事業(yè),首先,充分認識繁榮發(fā)展人文社會科學(xué)的必要性;其次,必須堅持以馬列主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論和“三個代表”重要思想為指導(dǎo);第三,形成科學(xué)管理的新思路,開創(chuàng)管理新局面;第四,加強宏觀引導(dǎo),創(chuàng)造良好的外部環(huán)境;第五,為促進人文社會科學(xué)的繁榮發(fā)展,加強人文社會科學(xué)自身建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In the modern scientific system, "humanities and social sciences", which are connected with natural sciences, are the general names of humanities and social sciences which have been gradually integrated after a relatively full differentiation.The humanities, social sciences and natural sciences constitute the system of human scientific knowledge, taking the world of human spirit and social phenomena as the object of study.This paper discusses the social functions of humanities and social sciences from the cultural function, the educational function, the political function, the social management function, the decision-making (consultation) function, the innovation (leading) function, and takes the example from the productivity development, the social progress, the human peace,The necessity of prosperity and development of humanities and social sciences is explained in five aspects: political stability and all-round development of human beings.At present, the development of humanities and social sciences in our country is relatively lagging behind. This is not only compared with the developed countries of science and technology, especially those countries with extremely developed humanities and social sciences.It is also compared with the development of natural science and the needs of society and times.The reason why the development of humanities and social sciences lags behind is the problems in the development of humanities and social sciences.These problems come from the external environment of the development of humanities and social sciences and the internal problems of the research on the development of humanities and social sciences, mainly as follows: 1.The bias in cognition is 2.Political interference.Shortcomings in education.Deficiencies in management.Problems in research, etc.This paper suggests that in order to flourish and develop the cause of humanities and social sciences in our country, first, we must fully understand the necessity of prosperity and development of humanities and social sciences; secondly, we must adhere to Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong's thought.Deng Xiaoping's theory and the important thought of "three represents" are guided; third, a new way of thinking of scientific management is formed and a new situation of management is created; fourth, macro guidance is strengthened to create a good external environment; and fifth,In order to promote the prosperity and development of humanities and social sciences, strengthen the construction of humanities and social sciences themselves.
