【摘要】：近年來,隨著新疆的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和高等院校教育改革深化,走在新疆各大高校的校園內(nèi),我們時(shí)常就會(huì)遇到來自內(nèi)地不同省份學(xué)生,熟悉的鄉(xiāng)音讓我們倍感親切。就在新疆的學(xué)子選擇去內(nèi)地還是留在疆內(nèi)讀書時(shí),不遠(yuǎn)萬里來疆上學(xué)的內(nèi)地學(xué)生已蔚然成軍,作為在疆學(xué)生中一個(gè)特殊的群體,他們不僅要面對(duì)大學(xué)生所要面臨的學(xué)習(xí)、生活、情感等問題,還要適應(yīng)新疆特殊生態(tài)環(huán)境以及多民族、多文化的改變,這就使得他們社會(huì)適應(yīng)問題越來突顯,來自內(nèi)地學(xué)子在疆適應(yīng)水平高低不只會(huì)影響到其自身發(fā)展,更會(huì)影響到新疆民族團(tuán)結(jié)與社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。為了讓內(nèi)地學(xué)生更快適應(yīng)新疆的高校學(xué)習(xí)生活,筆者認(rèn)為有必要對(duì)內(nèi)地來疆學(xué)生社會(huì)適應(yīng)問題進(jìn)行研究,而目前新疆關(guān)于這方面的相關(guān)研究較少,因此本研究具有重要意義。為了更好了解新疆高校內(nèi)地學(xué)生社會(huì)適應(yīng)總體概況,本文以新疆高校具有代表性新疆大學(xué)為例,運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查和個(gè)案訪談的方法對(duì)內(nèi)地學(xué)生進(jìn)行實(shí)證調(diào)研,從自然環(huán)境適應(yīng)、生活適應(yīng)、學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)、文化適應(yīng)、人際關(guān)系適應(yīng)、社會(huì)支持狀況等方面進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析,并提出新疆大學(xué)內(nèi)地大學(xué)生社會(huì)適應(yīng)存在性別、來疆時(shí)間、不同生源地、不同民族方面存在差異,進(jìn)一步分析認(rèn)為內(nèi)地學(xué)生社會(huì)適應(yīng)受到家庭、人文地理?xiàng)l件、個(gè)體差異的影響,從而提出從學(xué)校、社會(huì)工作、家庭、個(gè)體層面提高內(nèi)地大學(xué)生社會(huì)適應(yīng)的具體措施。在本文中嘗試運(yùn)用社會(huì)工作理念,從而更好地提高內(nèi)地學(xué)生社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力,具有一定開拓與創(chuàng)新性。本文的研究,有助于進(jìn)一步豐富邊疆民族地區(qū)大學(xué)生社會(huì)適應(yīng)研究,在選題和探討等方面都是一次開拓和嘗試。從而為在疆求學(xué)以及有志于赴疆求學(xué)內(nèi)地學(xué)生提供社會(huì)適應(yīng)方面指導(dǎo),同時(shí)也為民族地區(qū)高校教育發(fā)展,改善新疆人才結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)發(fā)展提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy and the deepening of higher education reform in Xinjiang, we often meet students from different provinces in Xinjiang.When Xinjiang students chose to go to the mainland or stay in Xinjiang to study, mainland students who had come to Xinjiang to study from thousands of miles had formed a military force. As a special group of students in Xinjiang, they not only had to face the study and life faced by college students.Such issues as emotion and other issues must be adapted to the special ecological environment of Xinjiang and to the multi-ethnic and multi-cultural changes. This makes their social adaptation problems more prominent. The level of adaptation of mainland students in Xinjiang will not only affect their own development.It will affect ethnic unity and social stability in Xinjiang.In order to make the inland students adapt to the life of higher education in Xinjiang more quickly, the author thinks it is necessary to study the social adaptation of the students from the hinterland to Xinjiang, but there are few researches on this aspect in Xinjiang at present, so this research is of great significance.In order to better understand the general situation of social adaptation of inland students in Xinjiang universities, this paper takes Xinjiang universities as an example, applies questionnaires and case interviews to carry out empirical investigation on mainland students, and adapts to natural environment from the perspective of natural environment.This paper analyzes the current situation of life adaptation, learning adaptation, cultural adaptation, interpersonal relationship adaptation, and social support, and points out that there are gender, time to come to Xinjiang, and different places of origin for social adaptation of inland college students in Xinjiang University.There are differences among different ethnic groups. It is further analyzed that the social adaptation of mainland students is influenced by family, humanistic geographical conditions, and individual differences, so that it is proposed from schools, social work, and families.Specific measures to improve the social adaptation of college students in the mainland at the individual level.In this paper, we try to use the social work concept to improve the social adaptability of mainland students.The research in this paper is helpful to enrich the study of social adaptation of college students in frontier ethnic areas, and it is a pioneering attempt in topics selection and discussion.It can provide guidance on social adaptation for students studying in Xinjiang and inland students who wish to study in Xinjiang, and also provide reference and reference for the development of higher education in ethnic minority areas, the improvement of talent structure in Xinjiang and the promotion of development in minority areas.
